Hi Dwight, We do have two wet weather creeks on my property that do flood a couple times a year to include once in July a few years ago when we had 15” of rain in one day. We are a lot cooler this week due to the rain but the humidity is like being in the jungle and that slows the drying time for plaster work. Everything is dry now so tomorrow I will start on installing the retaining walls on this side….John

I agree Gary. We have had a lot of rain over the past week and more on the way for the rest of the week. We need it but not all at one time like we get in this area of Texas. The temperatures this week are in the low 80s to around 90 much of this week which is lower than our average of 94+ this time of year…..John

Hi Drew, Thanks for your comments. I am trying to finish off the scenery in the middle of both sides of the peninsula since it is the smallest and easiest for me to reach. Ralphie is lounging next to ready tracks east under Union Station….John
