What would you recommend for the butterscotch Leona’s in the thumbnail? I just got a secondhand pair and they have quite a few marks on them. I don’t want to use anything that will darken the leather! I have Dr marten wonder balm & bick leather conditioner

@@blehhitsmorgan i have never used bick conditioner but the wonder balsam will definitely get the scratches out. if you want to be extra safe to not darken it then i would get the griffin leather conditioner i have linked in the description. it may look a little dark when you first put it on, but you have to give it a little bit to dry

I totally agree with you that not everyone should own a black blazer and a plain white tee. I prefer a black button down to a white one any day.

Some people build a capsule for the week. So you don't have to limit yourself to a certain amount of pieces, especially if you already own alot of pieces. I think you can be alot more creative with your outfits.

My rule of thumb is: If the shoe is available in men and women sizing, size down to the nearest whole size. If only available in Women sizing, get your regular size, or the next whole size. EX: I wear 8.5 in womens (US), so when I get the unisex 1460s, I get a size 8. If the 1460 is only listed as a womens boot, i get a size 9. When I get Mary Janes, those are listed in both men and women sizing, so I get a size 8. Hope that helps!

Really love all the different materials you've shown ty! I need to invest in a good leather conditioner. Also I'll ad I've had success when my smooth black leather docs get really scuffed I take a fine nail file and file away the rougher scuffs and then add lots of little layers of black cream polish till it blends with the rest of the shoe. Hope this helps:)

The number of times I go to put an outfit together just to realize I’m wearing red white and blue altogether is kind of laughable. Like I’m def not the most patriotic person, I just really love those colors individually and therefore half my closet consists of all three 😂 Anywho, loved all these pieces! I'm such the odd man out on this one I've been wearing docs for ten years and have never had an issue. my first ever pair I took them out of the box and wore them on a three mile hike and was fine. I've also had genuine leather and pleather docs.
