Sorry, but nothing new or interesting. There is a busy highway next to the house - this is a minus. Lots of steps at the entrance to the house, from the garage, to the backyard - this is also a minus. I liked the master bedroom and bathroom and the large terrace.

I love love that Discovery Green park downtown of Houston. Every time I go to Houston, I have lunch there (they have a healthy eatery place and store around the corner). And one time, I was able to catch a concert...had an amazing time. Beautiful property.

Dana lost the plot a long time ago. The cards are so weak now that I dare to say that the old 90s UFC cards might have been more entertaining. The PPVs are too expensive. Dana and the UFC focused on the wrong business strategy - underpaying talent, which keeps profit leverage in the hands of the company but it also places a ceiling on talent and you're unlikely to create new stars for the future which can mean that business.will slow down or grow stagnant. Dana basically expects a card today to sell because it's a UFC card, even if top to bottom the card is full of people I have never heard of or care about. You can't do that in this age when the WWE are creating amazing combat entertainment experiences and charging under $10 a month for Premium Live Events. Why would I pay 8 times that for a UFC PPV card with local no name fighters and with O'Malley as the headliner, or 20 times that for a ticket to see it live and I'm being generous. The real prices seem more like over 100 times the price of watching a guaranteed quality show from WWE with Cody Rhodes, Gunther, CM Punk, etc. I think Dana just gave up and is desperately promoting the bare minimum for as much as he can convince someone to give him. It's sad to see how much the UFC has fallen since it's heyday when GSP was headlining stadium shows and the entire cards were stacked with massive names like Anderson Silva, Brock Lesnar, etc. UFC chose not to invest in future fighters to keep them from gaining too much leverage over things like pay and this is the price - fight cards every week with fighters no one recognizes and overpriced.
