I toured this building last week, the amenities are amongst the best in Houston. I wasn’t as impressed with the apartment units. I am super anxious to see the Buffalo Bayou units, with the almost floor to ceiling glass windows.

You are correct. This particular builder usually has the best value in the neighborhoods they build in but a lot of the buyers of their homes are ok with their product because it allows them to move into the neighborhood for a lower price. Thanks for watching!

Sorry, but nothing new or interesting. There is a busy highway next to the house - this is a minus. Lots of steps at the entrance to the house, from the garage, to the backyard - this is also a minus. I liked the master bedroom and bathroom and the large terrace.

I mean you’re paying to live in the 4th largest city in America, biggest city in the south, Houston has the biggest medical center in the world, home to over 100k millionaires which makes it the 8th richest city in the world, I think it’s a fair price

@@lyricssong7151...first of all, Houston is in the top 5 richest cities in the U.S. with a little over 90k millionaires so get your facts straight. You would actually have a valid point if the economy matched the market. You bringing up things like bigest medical center in the world is not a factor if the staff is average. Also who cares if the city has 90k millionaires! That doesn't mean they contribute to the city now does it 🤷🏾♂️?? We know why people come to Texas my friend! You must be a realtor or something because this is the type of nonsense they speak to justify the scam that's ran on the people.

I love love that Discovery Green park downtown of Houston. Every time I go to Houston, I have lunch there (they have a healthy eatery place and store around the corner). And one time, I was able to catch a concert...had an amazing time. Beautiful property.
