@@texlad04 My main concern was that for Houston, TX that price is a little too steep. With HOA dues things add up pretty quick.

Love this channel! I would call it "Primary Bedroom" if you're trying to be PC. Then there's "Main Bedroom," Largest Bedroom. That rental is off the chain. It hits the renter's checklist of wants.. Much success with your channel, Mr. Bazil your presentation is truly "royal."

How is the bathroom and closet bigger than the actual room? As a true Texas 7k for this is ridiculous, but I can see someone from LA or New York paying this.

That’s definitely a great sized apartment. We should be building more luxury high rise buildings in America. The amount of resources it takes to build single family home subdivisions is not sustainable.

Thanks for watching! I agree with you regarding building more high rise buildings. I have been in real estate for over 25 years and with the prices of homes going up, high rise buildings may become the most affordable type of housing .

You're entitled to your own opinions, but it's not gonna be automatically filled with people just cause you built it. Millions of people prefer having a yard and owning a piece of property.

@@dvkins6394 true, but if there’s more luxury high rise buildings near coasts and marinas, many older people might decide to sell their home and live a better lifestyle. This will free up housing stock causing less subdivisions being built.
