There is no sugar cravings . I cut off sugar in drinks. Not an iota of difference. Feel healthier, brain better, sinus less congested, weight dropping with any excercise, while my weight was hardly dropping before even though i walked a lot.

I can attest to this. When I stopped sugar it was very difficult for about 2 weeks. I would find myself daydreaming about coco puffs and milk pouring into a bowl simultaneously... now I could care less and never crave it. It's been about two years.
