Couple thoughts for your allergies, what type of water are you drinking? There is all kinds of chemicals added to waters these days. And what kind of vessel are you drinking and eating from. Plastics? Why types of metals are you using In your silverware? Just a few thoughts. Also... pray for healing. The Lord is able to do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine. Sometimes He is trying to lead us back to Him and normally it's on our knees.

It stunned me to hear so many nuggets of wisdom in such a short video, Mikhalia! I'm sorry that you've had such trials of late. But it makes me very happy, even not knowing you, to hear of your improvements, Joy, and hope. Thank God for those! I hope that your father watches this video. @@iloveSMandGD has to be dry/infrared and do like 3x a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. Buying one of those personal infrared sauna pods ($700-900) or joining a Hot yoga studio or a gym that has a big sauna are the most economical options

@@AlannaZackrison great suggestion! Sauna's are extremely helpful and it's been life saving for me. I've dealt with mold and lyme plus multiple serious autoimmune all of which are in remission. The sauna doesn't kill the mold it opens up a detox pathway via sweat. You still need to bind the mycotoxins especially if you're doing a sauna. Another important aspect is that you really want to make sure your gut is in good condition as this is the primary pathway for excreting mycotoxins.

I got to meet your dad earlier this year during his book tour but didn’t get the opportunity to express to him how much he has helped me. My dad was diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumor in early 2017. My mother, who had been on SSRIs and benzodiazepines for decades, abruptly stopped taking them due to the stress and she was never able to recover despite multiple hospitalizations. I lost both of them within 6 months of each other. Because your dad opened up about his struggles, I was better able to understand what my mom went through and how little of it was in her control. Thank you both for being so open about the dangers of these medications.

I live in Bali with my wife, which is amazing, however the tropical environment is a rife breeding ground for mold, which is a problem particularly for my wife's health. We researched this heavily and found that treating the walls of our home with Hydrogen Peroxide is a miracle treatment. It eliminates it effectively and maintains it for about a year. Black mold exposure is a serious health problem. My brother and I were exposed as children for a few years in our flat and both ended up having asthma and other auto-immune diseases through childhood. Fortunately, we found the mold in our home and were able to remove it, which helped our immune systems a lot and made us both more resilient again. Thanks for pointing out black mold as a cause, it really could be eye-opening to some, if that's the reason they struggle with auto-immune conditions.

Went on several other meds after that until I was eligible for Dupixent. It has absolutely changed my life. I inject myself twice a month. If your insurance covers it, I highly recommend it (because it’s very expensive). It also works for arthritis.

My friend, I just wanna say you are wrong about the having kids thing. I had my kids at your age, but I work at a daycare, with toddlers since 10 years, and 80 to 90 per cent of the mother are ALL older than 35. Which means I very rarely meet a mom younger than 35, and I met hundreds of mums at this point. I dnt know what is going on with you guys in America or what kind of culture you have but the average age in Europe is late 30s to early 40s My own mum married my dad at 37 and started to have kids around 39. She had 4 healthy pregnancies and unmedicated home births. Its a bit dangerous to tell people to have kids as early as possible just thinking of their body, because it went well for you, your dad is famous and rich and you made it work , but advising young people who may not have a truly stable partner or MOST IMPORTANTLY who may not have grown enough psychological to be a mom, is dangerous and it leads to broken homes, just because of having a very wrong understanding of the human body.

@@Yulia.chandrikapeople in the Americas start having kids in their teens and twenties, and up into the thirties and beyond. It really depends on what your demographics, education, and culture are. The women I’ve met that have kids at an older age are usually professionals who wanted to establish a solid career before having kids, but it’s very diverse across the pond. I had my kids at 25 and 27, and I’m very glad I did because I don’t have the same energy now that I had then. My kids are 18 and 16 now, and are very self sufficient. But to each their own 😊

@@alaricgoldkuhl155 indian person here. You are wrong about us. Yes we dont have divorces because most women would be on the streets with no food or basic protection if they divorce. Their families wont take them back if the husband is abusive , most of the times, as its a social shame for the family. The fact that we are stuck in many many ways with the person we are forced to marry, and that we have no way to divorce even if we would want to or even if its legal, doesnt mean we are happy. Prostitution increases, affairs, or couples who stick all their life together depleted of joy and not even touching each other for decades. That is why there is a crazy number of alcoholic man in Delhi or Mumbai , all those secret bars full of unhappy husbands. An arranged marriage may lack emotional investment or attachment, so as its a cold deal the fights sometimes may be less and when you have less passion and more of an...agreement, you can keep the peace easier than if you fall in love so deeply. The price for that thou, is a comfortable passionless life, a straight line where you dont experience deeper connection or passion for somebody. This is in case it goes right. When it goes wrong it literally destroys your life and just high cast can divorce without huge social rejection and re precautions. We also are not allowed to marry people from different religions, and in villages, people may kill their own ( som daugther) if they disgrace the family by marrying somebody from diferent cast. So we dont have a good model my friend. Believe me

I’m dealing with similar issues. I’ve seen a functional medicine specialist for over 8 years and treated gut dysbiosis, parasites, hormone imbalances, autoimmunity, etc. I reached peak health (and my goal weight) back in mid 2021. Shortly after, my family moved into our dream home (custom built, brand new construction) and I started getting sick again (ie gut issues, fatigue, skin changes, 35# weight gain). My practitioner suspected mold early on but my husband and I were in denial because our house was brand new and no one else was experiencing symptoms. We finally had our home inspected after living here for 2+ years and found mold in three locations. I’m hoping to regain my health after things get remediated.

I recently had the opportunity to go on a cruise to Greece Italy Croatia I was apprehensive in the beginning because of my health issues however I felt wonderful it seemed as if my symptoms went away my joint pain my cramping at night. I have been back in Florida for two days and all of the symptoms are coming back the cramping the joint pain and honestly I am slightly devastated. I know my home has issues I have had it tested it’s livable but it’s a lot I just want to feel normal. Same on almost all accounts, but my symptoms are a bit different. I’ve been on two trips this year to dryer climates and felt significantly better after just a few days. There are other elements involved such as being more active and sun exposure, but every time I return to FL, I feel awful again. I’ve been avoiding a thorough mold inspection because I’m afraid what they might find, and also concerned about finding a good remediation company (my experience with contractors in our area has been very dodgy, most of them are just out to extract as much money from you as possible), but I think I have to do it and figure out if that may be a factor.

My turnaround in dealing with chronic illness and disability was largely psychological reframing, but it means I am an unhealthy person with a healthy outlook. This enables me to contribute in a way I hope is valuable. I was in hospital and it was late at night on the ward. I had been told I wouldn't walk again, and it was clear that the damage that has been done now is going to have serious ramifications. In the darkness of the ward, I suddenly realised that I needed to stop worrying about what I can't do, and start learning and developing what I can. This is hardly startling or (I realise now) particularly original thinking, but it changed everything for the better. If I was asked for one piece of advice, aside from the above, it would be similar to something you said about the chances of being cured by a doctor being zero. I am literally alive today because I always check everything a doctor says. I find it difficult to understand why doctors are allowed to withhold information about your body. Surely we have a right to know what is going on in our own bodies? Never take anything a doctor says at face value. Check everything. It would be a useful educational course to show people how to study their health in an intelligent way. I am a theologian, not a medical scientist, so everything I discover I have rubber-stamped by a relevant medical professional. Having said this, I have not been wrong once. Doctors are going to have to realise that they can't hide behind complicated sounding medical terms now we have this thing called the internet. I was once in hospital for about three weeks waiting for a whole team of doctors to figure out what was wrong. It took a 17 year old girl who came to visit me 10 minutes on her smart phone to discover what it was. She was right.

I had a 3 year black mold exposure hidden in the walls, under carpet and fireplace in an apartment. I got out of there in 2017 and finally think that after 6 years my chronic bronchitis it gave me is finally cleared. That’s such a blessing too because I thought I had it for life. By the way, it took a clean keto diet to get rid of the initial serious illness it gave me that nearly killed me. I had a very active bronchial flare for so long, plus nearly closed off sinuses, sleep apnea so bad I could barely even get to sleep before I’d wake from snoring so bad. I had bronchial spasms. And one UTI after another. Horrible! I started keto to lose weight but noticed 2 months in that I no longer snore and ALL those things and more went away. That’s when I realized it actually was a health protocol where you can also lose weight because that was happening too. Same with carnivore now.

We just moved out of our house last December after having mold exposure. It’s amazing how much better it feels to come out of it. I think it contributed to my son’s autism. My fiancé just had a surgery that showed his esophagus and stomach so raw and inflamed that they could hardly even take biopsies. I had my daughter at 22. I’m now 32. When I look at my childless sisters who are a couple of years younger than me, I can see how having children now would be more difficult for them at this age, than it was for me at 22. They have very established habits, very set in their ways and used to complete independence, and a child would just change all of that dramatically. I have grown with my child, and have never had to adapt my independence, since I didn’t really have anything going on at 22. I have never known anything else. I have never gotten used to that freedom that my sisters have - and will have to give up when or if they have kids. I think that can potentially make a person resentful towards their kid. My daughter is almost 10 and is becoming more and more independent, which makes me more and more able to do things I want to do. The longer you wait the harder it will be to adapt. The same with relationships. If you are used to doing everything your own way, you have to find someone who is compatible with your habits, which is very difficult.

Most studies have shown that people that have children later on in life give the child a better upbringing and there are many factors that contribute to this such as maturity of the parent and financial stability. @@Xenix005 At 22 the body is most able to carry and birth a child. It is the natural age to become a mother. The reason why it can be more difficult socially is because we as a society have lost the true sense of community around each and every family. Humans have never brought up their children alone, but with help of the whole extended group. I don’t think being a young parent in itself is a factor in how a child will come out eventually. I think the reason why there is a correlation is because young mothers nowadays are usually part of socially and economically vulnerable groups. It’s more common to have children young in poor areas where life quality will be much lower. Middle class and above don’t have children early. That doesn’t mean it’s right to wait - and many many women wait too long. You ideally shouldn’t wait longer than 35 to be as physically able as possible.

@@fevertreelover I think it’s a very biological and evolutionary thing in the end. We mature but also settle in our ways as we age. For 99.9% of humanity, children have naturally come early in a persons life. The whole concept of building a stable life, career, fulfilling yourself, FINDING yourself - this is very new. Only a few generations back, survival was the main goal of a persons life, not self fulfilment. It’s just how we have evolved and I think there are sometimes collisions between the lifestyles we want to have and the way we have evolved to react to life.

@@inspiteofbecauseof4745 Same! I have 4 kids I had my first one at nearly 37 and my last one at 42. I didn't have any problem. In my case I know I would have been a terrible mother in my 20s, and I would have felt resented about having lost travels, and other kind of experiences. As I had abusive father my taste in man was terrible and my kids would have grown up on a horrible environment back then. I was a much better person in my 30s. Some people forget that your kids will take in everything you are as a person, your emotions, your views lifestyle etc. If you have time to polish yourself sometimes it works better for some people. I know many young mums that are resented and keep telling their kids how much they sacrificed for them. I think with animals as younger as better, but with human beings, the psychological aspect of the parents counts way more than their physical body. So many young mums can be very happy if they dont have the dreams or need to travel, to learn music or things like that, it can work very well but for people with other aspirations, or people who had complicated childhoods, to me its better to do it later on when they moved on from their own issues to not pass it on.

@@inspiteofbecauseof4745 Exactly, not everyone that is “young” has great energy. Most people my age (younger) eat like trash and have a terrible sleep schedule.

Welcome back, saw the podcast with your dad. Missed you were, by many. Much love to all the Petersons. Edit: I can't hold any animosity toward your ex despite the split, because you and your dad told us how he helped out when your dad was sick. Anyone that helped y'all through that I can't hate because I think so highly of your family.

Love you and praying for you, Mikhaila! So glad you are figuring out your heath. ❤ As someone who really has to fight to advocate for my own health after the Vovid Caccination and being injured, I have had to find extreme ownership to figure out how to help myself instead of relying on just doctors basically giving up on me constantly. Praying for you and your family my sister in Christ. ❤ 😊

@sparrowt4082 - you weren't vaccine injured. Your problems began long before the vaccine, you didn't recognize them.

Been there with many of the symptoms you mentioned. Couldn’t prove it was mold because no lawyer would take the case! I have flare-ups from time to time. Doctors keep treating me like it’s all arthritis. Never heard of arthritis affecting your cognitive & speaking abilities. Best wishes for full recovery!

I'm so sorry you've been having all those health problems. It must be very frightening to feel that you are going backwards with your health. Glad you are feeling better and have found a safe house.
