Make sure you have documents that you can live in Italy or EU, I see so many British going back after 3 months after Brexit. It is sad. I lived in London for so long was the best, but now I know changed gor the worst 😢 I used to love so London.
@londonbabe24674 сағат бұрын
@ Why do they go back do you know ? If you have a home in Italy why not move there ?
@RoseBornagain4 сағат бұрын
All those channels selling dreams, the reality you need plenty money to show you can support yourself to get residence. Those channels are to get viewers not to tell you about Italian law. Is getting harder and harder to move on Italy if don't have enough money. You may buy a house but you not able to live more than 3 months at year.
@ExpatHomeOpportunities3 сағат бұрын
Hi, Rose. I’d like to share my personal experience so you don’t think this is just about attracting viewers. I’m the granddaughter of immigrants, and like many, I obtained Italian citizenship, which allows me to live not only in Italy but in any EU country. Throughout my journey as a migrant, I’ve researched different types of visas for those who don’t have the same option, and in some EU countries, getting residency is far from impossible. Also, in my search for a home, it took me almost a year to find a house that met all my criteria. That’s why I created this channel-to help others going through the same process. Additionally, it’s not true that you can only stay for three months without residency. The 90-day limit applies to the Schengen area, but if you leave-for example, to visit family-and then re-enter after your trip, it’s usually not an issue. Hope you're doing well. Best regards!

Hi! You can buy a property and rent it out while continuing with your daily life, generating income, and keeping the house reserved for your retirement, for example. Many foreigners purchase properties with this exact intention.

Hi, Nora. I’m not sure why you think I’m playing around. I carefully select the best deals based on location, price, and features. I research the area, and in some cases, I even visit the properties in person-especially since I also purchase homes when they meet my criteria. I hope this answers your questions. Thanks for your comment. Best of luck with your search!

Have prices gone down after the floods?🤔
@ExpatHomeOpportunitiesКүн бұрын
Hi! The DANA affected the Valencia region, but even there, the flooding wasn’t widespread-for example, the city of Valencia itself wasn’t impacted by this natural disaster. The properties in this video are in Andalusia, where the event mainly affected cars and roads (a river overflowed in Málaga). However, this was an unprecedented natural event, not something that happens regularly. In Almería, there was hail, and in Granada, heavy rain caused flooding and fallen trees-something that can happen during storms anywhere in the world.

Am very amused by a lot of the comments with regard to the state of these properties. Not sure what part of the world they live in, but in UK you'd need a lot more to buy a similar property. And in Malta, where i'm currently located, you'd be hard-pushed to be able to get a garage for the car for under 40k! So ignore them, and keep it up. Cheers.
@ExpatHomeOpportunities4 күн бұрын
Vincenzo, thank you so much for your comment! Yes, the same thing happens in certain parts of the U.S.-for this kind of money, you can’t even buy a small apartment. I try to find affordable properties that are move-in ready, even if they need some renovations or decorating to match the buyer’s taste. In many cases, they’re even furnished and always have utilities up and running. I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos! I’ll keep looking for great deals so everyone can find the property they’re looking for.

Hi, Rafal. It’s a shame you feel that way about move-in-ready properties in areas many people desire. I completely understand that they’re not of interest to you. However, I find your comment quite harsh, not only towards me but also towards those interested in these homes. Wishing you all the best, and I hope you find a new place to live or invest in soon. Best regards!

@ I think your title „Dream homes in Cadiz, Malaga and Granada”is misleading and asking for comment like mine. None of the homes shown are in the cities listed. They are far from the Med in very rural locations. They are not „dream” homes unless one is homeless or destitute. These homes don’t have heating required to survive the winter nor AC required in spanish summer heat. I would summarize the offer as a very basic dwelling for someone wishing a solitude and isolation.

Hi, Werner. When I don’t use full screen, it’s not because I don’t want to-it’s simply because the original photos in the listing were published in a vertical format, so it’s beyond my control. I try to prioritize showcasing the quality of the property above all else so you can see the best deals. Thank you for your suggestion! I hope you find an excellent property at a great price. Foreigners can buy?
@ExpatHomeOpportunities18 күн бұрын
Thank you for your question! Yes, foreigners can buy property in Thailand, but there are some restrictions. For example, foreigners can own condominiums outright, but land ownership is generally not allowed. Many people use long-term leases or set up a Thai company to manage land ownership. As for living there, you'll need a visa. Common options include the retirement visa (if you're over fifty), a work visa, or a long-term resident visa if you meet the financial and other criteria.
@Burundish19 күн бұрын
just a question can foreigners buy any of those properties or any in France?
@ExpatHomeOpportunities19 күн бұрын
Thank you for your question! Yes, foreigners can buy property in France without any restrictions. As for visas, if you plan to live there, you’ll need a long-stay visa or a residency permit, depending on your situation. The non-lucrative visa or a visa tied to employment or retirement are common options. Make sure to check the specific requirements for your case.

Nonsense. Non-existent. Maybe if you want to spend $10-15,000 just redoing the main drain pipe. Then another $30,000 to 40,000 on the interior. Oops m, I forgot the $10,000 for the roof. Don’t forget the closing and legal fees. Another $4,000. Honestly, if it’s too good to be true applies to 99%of this on the internet.

Hi Eddie, believe it or not, real estate opportunities do exist. I just bought an apartment in Asturias for thirty-four thousand euros. It’s semi-furnished and move-in ready. The only “renovation” it needs is a fresh coat of paint on the walls, and that’s it. I hope you can also find some hidden gems, whether it’s for a home or a real estate investment. Cheers!
