i put pokemon omega ruby into a roms folder i created in retroarch and i scanned the directory and it said it scanned but nothing popped up, i tried this with pokemon emerald and it worked fine (omega ruby is for 3ds)

Unfortunately, I ordered one of these from Retro Bytes online and it was delivered to the wrong address in ANOTHER state where I do not live. I understand that Yun Express, the carrier, is to blame for this - but I have been contacting Retro Bytes for a solid week by email and they have not responded AT ALL. They have no phone number. I don't know what to do at this point except to tell people NOT to order this device from Retro Bytes. I am very upset with this situation; they have my money and I have no R36S device.
