This was really looking like it was going to answer the important question of, "If the probe is set to a lower temperature to achieve a delta cook, will the oven temperature automatically lower to prevent the meats core temp from climbing over the desired internal temp. But them boom, just before that gets answered, attention got turned away from the cook, then we some time later, saw a cut back to what looked like modified settings to manually compensate for the shift. I think? Is that what happened? The whole thing left me confused. I guess I will just try it myself tomorrow. This could have been so informative. Thanks for trying anyway. We still appreciate you.

I used an endoscope that attached to Android tablet’s USB port to achieve the same result. USB port supplies the power, video signal displayed on tablet’s screen. It works great.

How many watts does a Co2 laser use?
@Zentient1
@Zentient1 7 ай бұрын
I added a 1000 watt UPS to our demo room. I was not so much concerned about long outages, but I didn’t want a momentary power drop to shut down a running job. I did a little testing to see what power draw is for the P2 and the smoke purifier. P2 on idle ~70 watts P2 cutting at 100 percent power ~450 to 470 watts P2 job paused (fan running), or when waiting for exhaust to complete at end of job ~104 to 114 watts Smoke purifier 1/2 position (indicator aligned with red LED) ~120 watts Smoke purifier full power ~180 watts

if it is not too much trouble, that would be great. I really like the idea because i also like to keep the feet extensions on all the time. I have an addition to my chuck that allows for levelling, but adds height and makes using the enclosure as is difficult. I also want to add a camera.@@Zentient1

Hey Alan, I hope that you enjoy your new feeder-cam-especially as the cold snow flies. You may want to grease the quick release pivot to prevent rust from interfering with the mechanism. Good Luck! Rick
@Zentient1
@Zentient1 10 ай бұрын
Hi Rick… I sometimes do lubricate… however I think some of the mechanism may be aluminum (or possibly pot metal) and brass, I have never seen rust. I will keep an eye on it.

This is my second sous vide cooker kzbin.infoUgkxK2YRU9uBOXzuIEV660Qo3sX7dJDJLg72 and I don’t know why you would cook meat any other way. This model is more compact and quieter than our older version that this one is replacing. We have done creme brûlée, cookie dough and tons of meat. They all come out perfect every time. I recommend this to EVERYONE. The app is great and easy to use. It stays at a consistent temperature. This model is extremely quiet. I just love it. We also have the anovo sous vide cooker 16L box thing and this fits inside that which is great because I can store them together. I just love that I can set this and walk away to deal with the rest of dinner.

We have used the kzbin.infoUgkxOTeIs0vv4_9B5hsmnLsk9r930uDQLu_Y for probably 30 hours with our camper and it’s been great! The noise level is really only noticeable when running the AC and other appliances like the microwave, hair dryer, or coffee pot. It’s not huge like other ones and it has wheels so even at 90lbs, I can move it!

Hello! Excuse me, I wrote to you in this publication, but I was looking at one of yours from 11 years ago when you explained how to replace a breathe easy battery. Someone commented there, that looking at the motor plug from the front, the left pin is negative. In Uruguay we do not use that type of connection. Could you explain to me better how I am looking at the plug from the front? For example, in relation to the flat edge it has, if it should be up or down. To make sure I don't misconnect the wires. I thank you infinitely, and a thousand apologies for using this space, I took advantage of it, because it seems difficult to me that you were going to look at a comment from a publication from 11 years ago! Thanks for what you can give me. And excuse the English, it's from the translator.

Hello friend, first of all, thanks for the tutorial. I did not realize but, as you tied the cables at the back (not on top) of the gantry, for machines that have Limit Switch, this will not hinder? Because, the gantry would not completely reach its end because of the cables. P.S.: Does the Drag Chain have to be 10x20mm or can it be 10x15mm? Thanks
