Buakaws stamina was really great when he was younger. He swam across the river, did 600 kick both from left and right legs, result 1200 legkicks total in a training. As we all know before the actual Muay Thai training you need to run 8 - 10 km in the morning and 6 - 8 km on the efternoon. So the amount of morning-training would be 3 hours and 2½ on the afternoon, if im not mistaken. Do that 6 days a week for couple of years and u´ll get some decent stamina-buildup body. This training included clinch, boxing and other body-build exerciess to. 😀
