- Prepare durable solo laneholders since the pirate Boatswains summons mobs more frequently as result of CM condition. -This time, u CANT spawncamp Anastasio. Wait for him to exit the cannons (reach top right corner), and start giving him a warm welcome by destroying him along with the Saltscale (120khp sand worm). Until the 2nd phase when *he bombarded everyone with 4 cannons* ........ => Again, bruteforce Anastasio at ur own risk - it's much safer to *be patient.* Bait the Barrel pirates dodge fields depend on where u'll hold the lane, and destroy the cannons one by one like in EP-8. If u need moar time to setup for 2nd phase, it's fine to stall him. - U CAN kill Anastasio fair n square without drowning him under the desert. Anticipate not only where his 2nd phase begins, but *where he execute Gunslinger* . To handle that cruel AoE attack, position ur ranged dpses just like in EP-8, their range should cover Anastasio be4 and after his 1st dash. That way, u can waste both his dashes, knocking him to 1/3 hp. - It's fine to retreat them after that and finish him at another area with another dps. He still need to be durable to tank the cannon shots, i forgot to tell that it's better to priortise Anastasio than the cannons he summoned in 2nd phase.

You know this stage is hard when you need to bust your Walter out. Some comments: 1) Remember to remove Walter's summon at 00:29. 2) Activate Surtr's skill at 01:04 _before_ the guy with the barrel reaches her. 3) Remove Walter's summons at 01:33. During the boss fight, remove all summons just to be sure (you really don't need their damage anyway). If the boss catches a summon his AOE skill will wipe Walter. 4) At 01:56 block the boss so that he is in Thorns' range. 5) The boss second phase works like this: each time he loses around 1/3 of HP, he will dash through the blocker and become invincibile for a few seconds. The first 2 sub-phases will be handled by Hoshi + Walter and Saria + Walter, the third one will be Mlynar's responsibility, without any assistance. You have some free slots, so you can bring other operators to help him just in case. 6) Mudrock is needed just to handle the last few barrel guys. If you don't have her, you can replace her with whatever you want. 7) If you have Shu, there are strats that will make things easier. After his first phase, the boss will teleport to a fixed location (if he didn't reach that yet), but with Shu's S3 you can pin him down away from your DPS/healer operators. Also, in his second phase the boss is not immune to the sand waves, so if you block him on the sand he will be swept away eventually, basically skipping his second phase altogether. Levels made a huge difference here, so I had to adjust accordingly with more healing and some bait Other than that, the clear was worth the try as I finally 100% completed chapter 8, including all of the secret endings:D

Even with the true dmg vina overall dps feels so weak, i rather use a sniper like ray or typhoon who doesn't suffer that much of high def enemies, a caster who ignores res or an easier solution, elemental dmg, I'd say even vivianna is stronger than vina tbh, tankier and with burn dmg now her dps skyrocket pretty high

I'm scratching my head on why are people complaining about the module doing "non-significant damage" when the limit of true damage literally depend only on ATK, and Vina's full attack potential literally require her to be surrounded by friends -.-a

i almost have all the required operator -horns only, but still hardly pass this stage 😖 i think its because my goldenglow and mizuki still e1 max level and also lack mastery on both eyja and thorns. is there any solution?

In other words, she's basically another Flametail, where only one their skill is relevant, and that skill gives massive ATKSpd to the operator.
