Where do I begin.... Some time in April they stopped my 5g even though I have previously had 5g service and I was still getting charged for the 5g... When I would text, and receive texts, my phone would freeze up for about a minute and act all strange... So I decided to pay 3 months ahead and this month I got a bill for $45 because of a $10 credit.... I went to change my plan to the $30 plan. And that's where they were really starting with the last straw.... They sent a message saying that the plan change was successful. Then about 30 minutes I got another message saying that the payment didn't go through... Long story short.. They wanted my to pay for September for the current $60. And then charge me for the plan I was downgrading to... Then I get a text saying I still owed the $30 for the current plan and I need to cancel the downgraded plan. So I did that payed them the $30 and they still suspended my account and now say I owe them $40 plus the fee to reactivate my account.... I have been with them for over 8 years and this is how they treat their loyal customers.... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
