Other than confirming cancellation of these contracts, let's pursue for the SHIF to be cancelled as well. Also we need to know what Kenya stands to lose from these cancellations. And since Adani did not "come with clean hands", the tenet of "utmost good faith" renders these contracts void. Kenya should not lose a cent in these deals.
