Prime Cabinet Secretary and Ag CS Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government, officially opened a meeting of the Regional Center for Small Arms (RECSA) in Nairobi.
He was accompanied by Principal secretary Dr. Raymond Omollo and Executive Secretary, RECSA Jean Pierre Betindji.
