A Person it's weight class dependent lol. The best 69kg C&J is 198. The best 77kg is 214. Best 85kg is 220kg. Best 94kg is 233kg. Best 105kg is 246kg. And best 105+ is 263kg.

Probably easier to progress up towards their working weight; without having to strip weights and put on 20kg or 25kg.
