Can you do a slow mow video on the clean? On the second pull of the clean, does the bar pop up, not forward, from contact with the thigh? I tried not to "pop" the bar up during cleans, but I don't feel as strong. Thanks!

i will try to put one together, ideally the bar should pop up but i hit the bar out a bit... the catch will be smoother with the up bar pop! the out and around style usually crashes you under the bar. .something i need to work on i suppose :)

Yatin Parasher so you do want to "pop" the bar from the forward movement of the hips, correct? I feel that your technique is very "clean" and resembles the way the Chinese perform these movements.

lekea24 thank you, i appreciate your words and yes you ideally want a pop ie. accelerate the bar upwards as much as you can and drive under as fast as you can.. The beauty is in the timing of the catch which makes you lift more efficiently
