I thought men without any PPE, loose fitting clothes and sandals were meant to hit the rocks with hammers while standing on a non-isolated belt?

The horntail is not a wasp but actually a species of sawfly, harmless to humans, dont sting or bite, the long stinglike tail is acually for the female to lay eggs into soft wood and even found here in the UK are actually native to North Africa.

Something like that poked me when it landed on my hat and I went to adjust my hat, the pain was like a steroid shot in my finger, if I wasn't for m friend trying to help I think I would have fainted from anxiety. I'll never forget that moment. I don't wear that hat anymore.i hang I on the wall for memories. The insect wasn't aggressive but I covered it and obviously Scared it when I reached for my hat.

You can destroy a wasps nests because it's a destruction to someone's property moreover a goddam pest problem but! It is illegal to DESTROY FLOCK of flying rats knows as cliff swallows invading your home and overruling your property. The law of pest issues needs to be heavily changed and exclude those fucking birds from an act back in 1918 like they figured cliff swallows would migrate rapidly.

I saw these when I went to work in AZ for a summer back in '06, left quite an impression seeing their sizes (especially in flight) and hearing the prominent buzz of their wings. Seeing these as roadkill was a sight as well. Much to my surprise I saw one of these on my screen door this morning, from butt to pincers it was at least 3 inches, but I'd say more like 3.5, only problem is that I live on the east coast, Massachusetts, and the only bugs that vaguely resemble these are maybe half the size of the one on my door today. Their figure is quite distinct, I knew exactly what it was when I saw it, it's just unbelievable to see one in this part of the country.

Cassin’s Kingbird actually, I have 2 that have been sitting on my palm tree for over a MONTH now. I don't really know their behavior or if it's normal for them, but I do not see birds stay in one spot for so long. I thought it was a nest, but it's been over a month and I think a nest would have been done with its cycle by now. They sit and sunbathe and fly off occasionally, and come back on either sides of tall little palm leaf stems on the palm outside my window. They're so cute, sound just like this, and decide to sing at night for some reason... it's the first bird I hear every morning. I call them my little stars since I have no idea why they choose to be there forever and just look into my window.. I am very sad for when the tree cutters may come since I am unsure if it's a nest or not.. I cannot see up into such a tall palm, and it's not my palm. I live in a neighborhood where the HOA is strict since it's SoCal... and I see tree cutters just cut trees up without checking, every Spring including this spring, which if I remember correctly SoCal's law is to not disturb ANY nests... and Spring is when non-emergency/non-detrimental tree trimming should be halted, yet I saw it happening anyway to the most innocent of palms down the street during Spring, no powerlines are near our neighborhood as we are underground wires, so there was no reason other than yard to look nicer. I hope it's not a nest since the palm is looking like it will be cut down to its 3 baby hair style they like to do any time now. (3 small palm leaves on the top, It's sad) Then undoubtly my little stars will be distraught and not return.. and they are a simple but warming sight I see every morning I open my window up.. and their music isn't really the prettiest, but it's not the worse thing to hear.. I'll miss them when it happens...
