i recently bought this console for couch co-op streams, and the SNES games worked fine. the issue was the NES ones that just gave a colored screen even after resets. i figured it would be a tv thing so was wondering what type of monitor you use to make the NES games work. or if its a connection thing i missed possibly since ive seen others just plug the yellow and red AV cables only.

I love classic games, the SNES is my favorite console. I have a Retron 1 AV and a Supaboy, I'm planning on buying a SupaRetron HD later on.

Yes, there is the Classiq III that plays NES, Genesis and SNES games. It appears to be better than the Retron 3 which has muddy graphic for NES games, and better than the Super Retro Trio Plus by Retrobit which doesn't have an aspect ratio switch.

I hate to be that guy but your deck needs help. Speaking of decks if I am taking the emulation route I would recommend getting a SteamDeck, has all the power you need and more. the Anbernic I am not sure but seems like an android OS, not a big fan of those chinese devices but I assume it has a file system compatible with windows just pop that SD card in your pc, since it has retroarch you will find the roms folder to ad your own.

The RCA cables that come with it suck you might want to get a better cable that should fix your sound

I recently gave my fully working OG GameBoy to a retro collector friend of mine. I hope he enjoys it.

There were two different Tetris games for Game Boy. One with original music and one with a different music score. You have one of each vut I cant remember which is which so you will just have to ay them to find out.

C’mon kiddo. Do your research before you buy. Got all that for 100? You got a nice steal. Online 100 gives you 1/2 of the console itself. Sadly, like all Nintendo consoles, the meat of the system are Nintendo games with few 3rd party games standing out. So be prepared to spend 180 USD on Smash Brawl, Xenoblade and a Mario like Galaxy. It’s definitely retro today, but the scecret meta of the Wii were the arcade-like games like House of the Dead and Re Chronicles series. As well as being the best platform to play Star Wars Force Unleashed and Re4!

Wii is just a GameCube with motion controls, so if you consider GameCube retro then this is retro, it's all the same hardware minus the motion controls

You had me yelling at my screen a loud NOOOOOO don't do that with the AV cables, that is a PS1-2-3, Snes+N64 and gamecube, with the last you saw was a original xbox AV cable, unfortunately you were plugging in the Playstation plug instead of the Snes. Can't complain about the price since most people tend to buy old nintendo consoles the prices are always kinda high.

Don't feel picked on, is just painfully obvious that you are new at this and it was clear that the price you paid wasn't fair, as you can see there are way cheaper offers, the bunch of games you got on the previous video are the unsellable bunch, specially from an out of business store, I don't know anyone that uses or used the wii fit board. I still feel the $55 system was a bit high but is understandable since you are getting your feet wet, there are many places to look and compare prices, craigslist, ebay, even go around flea markets and swap meets or the not so common garage sales with games but you can get lucky. It's interesting seeing someone completely new to these games and consoles but is also painful to see some people trying to take advantage of that, I don't see a community tab on your main, you can scout some offers and post the prices so we can aid you a bit. If you have questions or something is not working properly you can also post it on the community tab, is like a message board.

the model RVL-001 is the only one compatible with game-cube games (good!) the games you got are a bit meh unfortunately.

It's an 18 years old system, I'd say it will be 'retro' in a couple of years :) Check all the battery-compartments, they might need a quick cleaning. Just bought one for myself a few days ago. Have fun !

Well. Since you don't know much about the Genesis, that's the model 2 which has a compromise sound chip. I suggest getting a 6 button controller if you want to play any fighting games. The Genesis used the same controller connection as the Atari 2600, and the 3 button actually works on that system. You can save on the "Sega" as all systems back then either used passwords or battery backup. So it's game dependent.
