Moss and weedkiller treatment applied 2 weeks before a heavy scarification. Over-seed then granular fertilizer application. I'm sure I'll make more detailed video in the future showing a setp-by-setp along with what products I use. Thanks for watching.

Sorry! 😫 I missed the grass cutting because the battery died without me realizing it. By the time I replaced it, the grass had already been cut. I plan to make another video of this garden next year once it's exactly how I envision it, with greener grass and a few other improvements. For now, it's in a maintainable state. Thanks for watching!

Excellent work on the hedge and Lolly pop tree. How was your back after cutting the hedge. Another gardener I watch in NZ, cut a very long hedge, just like you did and he said he nearly hurt his back.

Hi and thanks for your comment. You could argue that they are basically the same thing. Scarifying deals with moss and thatch, while dethatching (using a higher setting or verticutter attchement) focuses mainly on surface-level thatch (dead grass).
