My hair and the front sides are VERY LOOSE AS A GOOSE… not heat damage just different curl patterns just like throughout my hair I have different patterns. All of which I slowly learned to accept and learn how to manage because it’s a part of me…and I LOVE IT NOW. We have to just learn how to take care and manage all personalities of our hair lol. 😄 It does just the opposite of straighten, it CURLS hair. It's not a chemical thing, it's just gel with oil.
