The coconut oil gel is really good for wash and go that is what I use and it has a good hold and after I lay my edges I use a scarf to help set the gel and be super laid.

DearNurse Nicole everyone have different hair textures. maybe you need more protein in you hair to become thicker or use oils that makes your hair thicker

DearNurse Nicole. I have that issue too, but I like to think of it as less detangling time. If I gel my hair you can definitely see through it, but if I don't I get so many tangles and knots. I just live with it tbh...

Try virgin fertilizer. Its about 12 bucks at your beauty supply and use it all over your scalp. That's how mine got thick. And fyi it tingles for the first 20 min. But it works😍

I can't wait to try the castor oil gel. i haven't found it on the ground yet which is surprising because I'm in NY and the coconut oil gel was available right away. I have baby fine edges and that coconut oil is the bizness. It lays nicely and I dont even have to tie my edges down. I have a video on my channel where I did a wash and go with it and I love it. It rivals my pink Eco. I have finer hair than you though

Very pretty. In the 80s and early 90s, finger waves were popular all over the head. They are created with lots of slicking gel and 2 small combs (one of them being a rat tail comb) just like those u created with your edges. Im telling my age. I bet u didnt know that u were creating finger waves. lol.

now does exo style have a gel casing when you put it on? I love the L.A. colors gel bc it give me that heavy gel cast and helps my wash n go last a week bc i can just add a bit of water and re touch up any frizzy curls in the am and the water reactivates my conditioner and gel and the pieces I don't redo the cast slowly wears off and is all gone by day 6 but my hair is still soft and silky. now i love a good gel cast and I'd like to try the economy styler gel bc it comes in a greater volume than my gel and would last me a long time.
