Hi Simon, I have a pretty good AOS case as I'm currently in the US on an L1. My number's been called up for September OC20XX. I've got almost everything ready to submit by end of this month, including the Medical exam. I don't think I'll get the receipt for the DV fee back in time. Do you see the receipt not being included as an issue and more importantly do you see the timing of AOS package submission as July 30th (one month prior to september1st) being enough time to get package reviewed? Lastly is bless litigation the best option for lawyer representation for AOS?

Look at the unfairness, in 2022 out of 3802 Nepalese, 3354 were interviewed which is (88%). In 2023, out of 3808 Nepalese, 3430 were interviewed which is (90%). And the same will happen this year. How can that happen? For example take Iraq as an example, in 2023, only 280 were interviewed out of 1300 selectees, which is no more than (22%).

Do not bother dears, Asia VISAs are only for Nepal, which the biggest unfairness. Every single year it is happening and happening. Look at the data, every year more than 3,000 VISAs are given to Nepalese, and all of them have low case numbers. Almost 90% of them will get an interview every year.

I am one of the DV 2022 winners,I had my interview at the US embassy in Djibouti in May 2022.the consular informed me that every thing was fine and that I would receive my visa with in a days. After waiting for nearly Five months, in September 27 ,I received a call from the embassy informing me that my visa had been processed and instructing me to illiterate a plane ticket (to know the flight,portal of entry in US and time of flight). I was over enjoyed to find that despite my prolonged wait,believing my dream became true. After 3 days I received an email informing me my fiscal year is over.from that day I became upset, frustrated, socialy isolated. You can say that I experienced PTSD.every body is still asking me was their any problem or any mistake while you were in the embassy and I am un able to respond to them all. Would you give an advice about the lawsuit?
