Hi Simon , we are a group 2024 AS winners and that last patch of 2nl didn’t include any number from Asia at all in Amman embassy , 33 AF interview scheduled which is same thing happened to Armania , we wish to take a legal action against it , thanks to highlight it

What you guys fail to understand that DV lottery is a privilege, not a right. Congress can decide at their next sitting to scrap the whole damn thing. Just be appreciative that you even have a chance to enter a lottery for permanent residence. No other developed country in the world does.

HI Simon: Q1: My spouse did not apply for a green card, so I did not fill in my spouse’s DS260. Is this wrong? Do I need to ask KCC to unlock and fill in my spouse’s DS260? Q2: I misunderstood that each member filled out the DS260 separately and pressed the submit button, so I filled out my own DS260, but the child’s DS260 seemed to have not been signed.I'm not sure .Summary information on the first page. I remember that the child information was incomplete. My spouse did not apply for a green card, so I did not fill out my spouse’s DS260 at all. When I press the submit button on my own page, the file is locked. If the child's DS260 document is really unsigned, must it be unlocked and re-signed? Can it be regarded as giving up the child's green card and only getting the main applicant's green card? Because I am afraid that time will be too late. Open you ds 260 and fil your child ds and submit it for your spouse you can click on the button ad a member then they wil send you empty ds 260 then you fill your wife credentials regardless she participate in beginning or not

I applied for Dv24 and filled in my spouse form, but after winning the lottery, my spouse decided not to apply for a green card, so my spouse didn’t fill out the Ds260 document.
