Hi 🌟 if you have trauma in your sacral chakra you can heal it by doing a meditation to see how the experience showed you part of your true self. Once you see it and grattitude comes your chakra will be healed from that particular experience. I've done it myself and its hard tbh to find how it helped me evolve my being, but I did and kept going until I felt the grattitude and then I let it go.
