Great video! Some years ago I did not like Aura Quartz, but later I warmed to it. Today I love it.

Hi guys, about 30 years ago at a shopping Centre pop up stand in Sydney NSW Australia, I was drawn to a small blue cluster and I remember being so wowed by the stunning blue colour. It was called Arkansas aqua aura quartz and cost me i think around $45 which at the time was a LOT for a single mum with two primary kids! A month or so later he was back at the centre and this time I got a piece of RED Aura quartz but he didn't tell me (or I forgot) why it was red. It was another cluster, a little bigger and I paid around $90.00!! Boy I felt a bit guilty but I would treasure those pieces and still have them to this day!! Then I moved to QLD 10 years later and I found a beautiful piece of Angel Aura Qtz at the markets made into a window suncatcher and it was the first time I had seen this aura qtz. So yes, its still hanging in the window bringing me visual joy :) Now getting to the point, the ones I see in the shop today almost feel "lolly" coloured, compared to the originals I bought, and some of the angel auras seem a little extra silvery so I have wondered whether this latest type are a bit fake or 'commercial' too. However when something is visually stunning to the eye its already doing its job! :) I wish i knew how to attach a photo of them.

I want aura quartz, but I think all these neon colored crystals are definitely fake
