Just bought a 2020 440i with almost all packages, do u have any recommendations on modifications or maintenance?
@beaterbeemer3 күн бұрын
@@zixicheng8170 congrats! You bought a great car. Unless it’s very high mileage the maintenance should be very reasonable. I’m at 110k, had it for two years now and no major maintenance issues aside from standard things like brakes and oil. That’s a big plus of these B58’s, very reliable. If you are talking performance mods most people just start with a downpipe and tune. Easy way to unlock stage 2 and gain about 100hp and tq like it’s nothing. Very safe power for a B58 as well. No supporting mods needed until you want 500+ hp. You have the gen2 b58 so your high pressure fuel pump is already great!

you mention the lifetime warranty but when i requested to send back the oil they wanted me to buy an oil change kit first and then send that order # from that kit to be able to send the old oil back to them
@beaterbeemer5 күн бұрын
@@blurryvizin1823 yes you need to provide proof that you’ve already purchased the oil from them. If you have an FCPeuro order number for your oil you want to send back they will accept it. But you can’t just send them any old oil.. how else would they confirm you bought it through them originally?
@beaterbeemer5 күн бұрын
You order once to get in the system. Then, when you order the second time around you return the original order and get a refund. You still have to pay for that second order up front. But after that your “in the system” and won’t have to pay ever again
@blurryvizin18235 күн бұрын
@@beaterbeemeroh okay so since i’ve done that already, i can just ship that same kit back since i bought it for my recent oil change without having to pay for the kit again , and just pay the shipping? i’ve been buying oil from them since i got my 330i last year but i finally did the refund thing on my recent oil change but i had to buy a kit (which i know they reimburse through store credit) im sorry if im making this confusing 😅
@beaterbeemer5 күн бұрын
@@blurryvizin1823 no problem haha, it seems so simple until you start really thinking about it lol. Sounds like you’re good though! If you have a used oil change kit in your possession, old oil etc. etc. and you can lookup your order number for that order, then you’re good! They ask you to print out a return form which is where you include the order number. That’s all they want. So yea sounds like you should be good. Return your oil change kit with the form containing your order # tossed inside the box. Pay shipping. And wait for your store credit :)
