What nuances are you talking about? You file a claim, adjuster inspects roof, identifies damage, determines coverage & approves or denies claim. Approved roofs get built, denied ones don’t. This seems like fear mongering for homeowners, like myself. Edit: after looking at your channel i see you’re likely back to agent, who will want to refer their contractor who serves them the best.

The sign up was easy and we were approved in less than the 30 day window. I've also linked my bank account which I called and they said was successful. I have yet to see any funds for the first quarter deposited into my class wallet. I'm not very happy because it is delaying everything for us now.

I hope that you are able to help me out with my question I been asking it for a couple of years and haven't gotten a clear answer I'm hearing Yes by the school and No by the ESA office. I do love your videos thank you so much for sharing this with u🙏🏽 I might just try what she said about using STO's for one child and ESA for the other just to answer my own question by putting it to the test.

Quick question for what she says on 15:50 about being able to apply for STO's while on ESA program, I was told by ESA Customer service rep that if I did apply for the STO while on the ESA and if I am audited by the Dept of Edu then I would have to pay back the ESA and The STO because it's considered Double dipping. However my plan was not to accept the STO and receive both monies my plan was to apply for STO while awaiting my new Renewal ESA contract to determine which one of the two options would fulfill my tuition costs as my Private school keeps increasing its tuition every new school year it's currently @ $7400.00 but my question is am I able to just apply for STO's not accept the award/$$ yet just to see how much I would qualify for, while enrolled under ESA?

There are technically two types of ESA. it depends on which the student qualifies for what is allowed. The first type of ESA has been around for over 15 years and was voted on by a ballot proposition for children with severe learning disabilities, foster care kids, and kids located in dangerous or rated schools. These ESAs are more flexible with spending because students who have high functioning autism combined with severe dyslexia or Traumatic brain injuries, are going to need technology for voice to type, special therapies, Occupational therapy, speech therapy, and require specialized education Wilson reading etc. when a child has an IEP there are three buckets of money that the school gets for that particular child. There is federal funding for special education, state funding and local funding. For My son, based on his learning and developmental disabilities the school received $30k a year to educate him. The school also got to decide what resources he needed and if the school didn’t spend all of his 30 grand that was for him they got to keep whatever remained at the end of year towards any expenses. They could use it towards playground equipment teacher training pretty much anything they wanted kind of like petty cash. So the schools had a conflict of interest to not use all of my son’s funds for him. This is really common for children with special needs in public school. Give them the bare minimum so the school has a windfall of money at the end of the year. The second ESA takes about 50% of the individual students funding and gives it to a parent to take their child to private school or home school that wi better fit their child’s needs. Public schools get around 14,000 to 15,000 for a regular student annually. ESA gives 8k of that child’s earmarked education dollars yet still allows the public school to keep $7000 of a child’s money that they are no longer educating nor have expenses for. I think it’s kind of greedy and messed up a public schools to want to keep a students earmarked education even when they are doing nothing to educate that child or even see the kid. It’s so messed up.

My company said they are giving me a large amount towards company stock. Is that good? What do I need to do? Can I put it in my 401k or Roth?
@Stewardship_Pro
@Stewardship_Pro Жыл бұрын
I'm not sure how the options are given in your case, but there is a chance they are just stock options for non-qualified investing. That means they would be stocks that you own outside of retirement savings. 401ks and IRAs are just ways of investing that change the taxes work to encourage saving for retirement, but if you try to withdraw those funds before retirement age, you will get penalties. So if the stock options for your employer are NOT in those qualified accounts, you won't get those same penalties for withdrawing. But it will likely have an impact on your taxes. It would be ideal to speak with a tax pro and an investment advisor to help you determine the best course of action for these stocks. Hope this info helps! And remember, it's not financial advice, just education. 😊

In Arizona, you don't have to hire an attorney to establish an LLC. It is as simple as going to the AZ Corporation Commission website (www.azcc.gov/) Now, that might not mean you don't need an attorney for your specific situation. Best of luck in your business!

In 2021 I refinanced my home from a 30 year fixed @ %4.25 to a 15 year fixed @ 2.87%. I included my heloc balance of $17,000 for a refinance total of $142,300. I had $17,000 on the heloc for a new kitchen and a large plumbing repair. At the time, my heloc variable interest rate was %5. Today, 2 years later, my mortgage balance is $104,000 and my $50,000 heloc has a zero balance. I'm making very aggressive additional payments on my mortgage but will not use my heloc as the current interest rate is over 10%. I wouldn't say that I regret getting a heloc, but ultimately I think it would have been better to just pay cash for the kitchen/plumbing repair. Otherwise I expect to just allow the heloc to lapse and close it out with the zero balance in 2028.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It sounds like keeping the balance at $0 while interest rates are so high is a great plan for your situation! Maybe cash would have been better for those upgrades and repairs, but it's clear that you're not wasting energy regretting the past. It's great to hear from awesome people who are making wise choices like that!

How long to keep the stock prior to selling?
@Stewardship_Pro
@Stewardship_Pro Жыл бұрын
Honestly? It is impossible to answer your question properly through KZbin comments without knowing information about your personal financial situation. However, here is a general thought to consider: What is your risk tolerance? Owning single stocks is more risky than some other investment types. To avoid that volatility, you could sell the single stocks as soon as they've matured, and reinvest that money into a more diversified account. What happens once that person passes? My grandma has a reverse mortgage on her home. She doesn’t pay a mortgage payment. Always have been curious what will happen to her home
@Stewardship_Pro
@Stewardship_Pro Жыл бұрын
Great question! The good news is the answer is simple. A reverse mortgage is a mortgage. So, the same thing happens for reverse mortgage borrowers as it does to regular mortgage borrowers. The only difference with a reverse mortgage borrower that does not make their payment is that the balance of that mortgage goes up each month they don't make the payments. As a result, portions of the asset/equity are reduced. This also means that when the home is eventually sold, the proceeds are reduced by as much as the reverse mortgage borrower drew.
