Just got one of these for Christmas. Love it, it’s everything I need and nothing I don’t need. Down the road I may purchase the glass breaker but just to have that added capability in an emergency.

Pretty sick blade for one with sprinkles. I'm giving one to my wife because she truly is a dessert warrior. She makes a candied cranberry cake with orange zest butter cream icing like nobody's business. Not to mention her famous bourbon balls.

I was homeless in the Sonoran desert for 7 years and I used this tool to survive , it kind of fell apart after 4 years, but that was after a great deal of abuse, from myself and not really looking after it , I wouldn’t buy another, but it definitely helped me in very harsh and brutal conditions. I would buy it again if came in another color, because you just can’t flick on a light at night sometimes.

Got one for Christmas. I wasn’t a multitool guy. All the ones I’d had were junk. But I found an old leatherman fuse (discontinued) in my uncles shed as I was clearing out all the junk from the previous tenants. Cleaned it up, took the rust off of it and I’ve used it countless times. I’m hooked on leatherman and put this on my wish list. I just wanna say, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been frustrated that the screwdriver is too big for so many things. I will absolutely use the tiny one. Great little overview. I had no idea about the lanyard loop. Thanks!

What I found after carrying a full feature leatherman for a couple of years is that I don't use most of the features. And the features I did use the most, the skeletool has them all! highly recommend....

I keep a Squirt PS4 in my biking pack and another that lives with my hiking gear. I used to carry heavier tools, but over many years I have found the Squirt PS4 to be near perfect. It has quite literally possibly saved my life on at least one occasion and saved my ass on many more. I was coming down a very steep icy trail from a winter ascent of Mt. Adams, second highest mountain in the northeast, when a rivet popped out of my fancy MSR mountaineering snowshoes. The Squirt enabled me to cut part of a circlip off my back pack, force it through the rivet hole, and secure it. Otherwise I would have had a miserable possibly life threatening time getting down. With my bikes probably a dozen times over the last twenty? years, the tool has allowed me to tighten a spoke, twist a mini allen tip, etc. I"ve used the little scissors, in spite of breaking the spring on both Squirts, to cut emergency fabric or remove a skin flap from an injury. Best little tool ever for those of us who like ultra-light activities.

Opinion… that is all what I’m about to say is… Between the two, I refer the LOOK of the garage with the FUNCTION of the ARC. I can cause the pliers to open. I can’t do anything to the Garage to increase its strength. I already know the comments… So I’ll address both. First, I’ve had multitool pliers break, squeezed, with one hand and no additional leverage. And I’m no Superman. I don’t have unusual grip strength. When the pliers break… the tool is useless. However, if I knew that the pliers would be stronger than my grip strength, no leverage enhancement, I’d appreciate the auto opening feature. If I’m being unreasonable, please highlight where. I can be wrong and can learn.

You are missing one of the main uses of this tool. I'm considering purchasing this to complement my standalone EDC knife. A dedicated knife will have better steel, will open much faster and easier, and usually comes with a pocket clip. Plus a dedicated knife will handle better than a knife that is burdened with other tools.

What I think is that I knew of this knife over a year before I realized even part of why the design won awards. I went from neutral about the knife to interested in acquiring one months after they got huge. My timing was off and the KnifeCenter exclusive was sold out. I'm okay with the Vision FG, but I prefer the Vision R and the iteration you chose. It just shipped today. I know it's popular, even Birdshot IV mentions it. I'm really wondering about the design. I even think a bigger one might work too I'm looking forward to the new knife adventure of this one

Had mine for nearly 2 years and feel naked without it! Apart from saving the day for myself, every day, twice it has proven itself indispensable when I helped strangers in trouble. Last year in London when the guy in front of me couldn’t remove his money from an ATM, I used the pliers to remove the notes before the machine sucked them back in. A few months ago a guy in a boat ran out of fuel in his “rubber ducky”. Between 3 boats only 1 had spare fuel but none had a funnel! However, someone did have an empty PET bottle so I cut the bottom off the bottle with the wood saw blade, turning it into a funnel.

Work at an auto parts store and I love to have mine with me. The serrated blade is so good for opening shrinkwrapped pallets without getting dull. I can't imagine thinking this thing is big..if anything I would buy the Surge XL next if they made it not a wave or any other little thing.

Not sure I’d call the Rev one handed opening. Seems questionable. I had to return the Bolster to Costco as the pliers spring failed after only a couple uses of the pliers.

Possibly the most overpriced mini multi tool on the market! I paid around $10 for mine years ago and thought it was overpriced at that time. The main tool (scissors) are lousy . At $49.95 it is a bad joke IMO.So many better choices on the market these days at a lot less money.

I would like the cx in red. I don't want the rx because I don't want a serrated blade and I don't want the guava colour that leatherman offer in the cx because it looks more pink/orange.

For the price it's a lot of tools. Still scissors seem pretty useful to be in a multitool.
