Nice vid. I have been looking for a metric tape measure.

Pretty good video. I have a Carlyle flex head ratchet. I measured the head. The width is only about 25-26 mm even though Carlyle does not call it compact head. It is actually narrower than Astro or Tekton compact head ratchets. I think it is probably the same as the Powerbuilt. I got it for only $25. That was a great deal. With the Carlyle in my toolbox, I think the only thing that makes sense to add is that Tone. Otherwise, the difference is really marginal. The Proto you have there has a pretty big head. It doesn't really belong to this group, IMHO.

FYI Grainger usually carries many different types of HeFlex gloves and will let you look at and try them on. I am a regular customer, but I am sure they will let anyone do this as long as they aren't super busy.

I have "3" brand new 120xp out of the $300 16pc set that are bad. Long wait on these. I have offset wrenches, sometimes I really like a flat wrench with the low profile. Good reviews. For my offset SAE I landed on DeWalt- THEY ARE SOLID. and Tiawan. Reversible. Very tough

Yeah, the 120xp libe is so freaking finicky. I had to piece a set together from 3 different sets, just to get a fully functional set.

How well do those work with a drill? I have to countersink about 60 wholes onsite without being able to use a drill press and I'm trying to find a better option than using those Irwin countersinks I'm countersinking #12 flat head screws into mild steel.

I'd use a side handle on your drill to keep it steady.

Just bought one of the Nupla hammers. They are really nice. I had the old orange one as well. It’s ok for an inexpensive hammer, but not near as nice as the nupla. Love watching tool videos about everything. Good job. Have a great day.

Great video, very helpful on deciding which gloves to get. There's so many options! It looks like you're in-between sizes 8 and 9. Which size do you prefer? I have an 8.5 inch hand circumference and I think the chart says to go with size 9.

hopNglo has a channel where he converted a 2007 Express. He installed one of these units in his build and we saw that video. And that was enough for my wife to declare "That's it, I'm buying that for our buildout."What sold her was that it did not increase the seat height and that it was domestically made.

Awesome explanation. Your right I find the no flute bits give you the best result. Thanks for sharing. Can you tell me where you send out to get professionally sharpened? I notice with the no flute if you’re not careful they are little fragile and can get damaged easily. But once you get a feel for what rpm and force to apply they give the best result.

Never heard of olfla knives but I do have a Knipex Fox knife that has a special feature with it I don't know if these two or not but when you put the blade out you can also put out a backer plate part of the blade that actually gives the blade 10 times more support than just having the blade out there in the open. Fir $28 you can't go wrong.
