Hiya, glad you like it. :) There are several ways to go about it. Unfortunately, as a Nos it's going to be a bit expensive, exp wise. 1) Get Fortitude. Unswayable Mind. That is the main go-to. 2) Learn Blood Sorcery. There are rituals to manipulate Dominate and Presence. 3) Increase your blood potency. Honestly, always get blood potency 2 as fast as you can. 4) Do not learn Dominate or Presence. Then take the Merit called Tempered Will. 5) Wear mirrored Sunglasses. Unless they have Presence 4 and Irresistible Voice, they need eye contact. In that case, add headphones and loud music. 6) If it's preventing the story from progressing, talk with your group. Make some rules to prevent it. For example, only allow pvp if both parties agree. 7) create a chronicle tenet which punishes people who do it. One of my chronicle tenets are "Don't act against your coterie." I'm sure there are more ways, but I hope some of these ideas can inspire you to figure it out. 😊

I see them as two dimensional shadowy tendrils that can appear from any shadow. A Lasombra can surround themselves with shadows can create them from that, but is it indeed more creepy, and tactical to have them appear away from yourself. That leaves you hidden while the arms fight for you. :)

@@thesanguinewizard I think calling them Arms of Ahriman is kind of misleading. Maybe Lines or Snares of Ahriman would have been a better name ;-)
