Buying new clothes for babies and small children is a huge waste of money. Babies and small kids don't care if their clothes are cheap or from thrift shops and they don't care about the brand. They only care if they're comfortable.

I’m really bad with ordering food from Uber eats. But I told myself if I cannot get in my car and go get it then I don’t want it bad enough. You’d be surprised how many times I don’t eat because I’m too lazy to get in my car and go up there but it works now if I can just get rid of a coffee addiction and then I just keep reminding myself that I have coffee at home but it helps for me knowing that they say that Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks is equivalent to like a milkshake in the ice coffees that I get are equal to like 12 glazed donuts because of the sugar intake so that definitely helps me stay away from now.

Always worth it to price check: I love Aldi, but we buy pumpkin purée for our dogs and it’s half the price at Whole Foods than anywhere else (At least so far out of season)

The spreadsheet tracking is on spot for me! I have all categories. And I’ll split a receipt to drop items in right category. I’ll need to forget my cc number expire date and cvv bc it’s engraved in my brain for good reason! No debt here. Only a mortgage we are doubling down to pay off! 😅

If you want to buy brand name clothes then go to an off-price store like Winners. Get a Puma shirt for $15 instead of $40. I got 4 name-brand shirts a few weeks ago for $70

a good tip to avoid impulse buying is to put the amount you plan to spend in CASH. and try to pay for everything with th cash only. that way you’re more mindful about what you’re getting. the goal would be to not go over the cash amount and to not put the remaining balance on your card

Hey! Thanks for your content!! Just wonder what kind of flash or speedlight and modifiers do you use when you don't have enough light? I have a silly question. How do you expose the couples so that the colors, color skin, weeding dress keep the colors? What kind of mode you you use to mesure the light? I have a friend who is going to get married soon but Im scared but excited at the same time. Please give me some tips. Hugs❤❤❤

I'm saving for a used vehicle. I saw a used 2007 Honda Accord sedan priced at $4,500. That was the year I graduated from a local community college. I am 43. I want to buy it on my own. I have a few thousand dollars in an account that I intend to use to buy it in a few months. Thank you for the advice! I started to save a couple hundred dollars every month since February.

The two areas I need to work on (but couldn't put my finger on) 1. Extra money = extra money to SAVE not spend. 2. Thinking I deserved to reward myself with a fancy beverage every time I left the house.

I absolutely love film photography, but it's getting too expensive! I started with 35mm film but I now shoot medium format (Mamiya RB67). If you use professional-grade film (Portra), you'll get amazing results! The quality is just unbelievable! The bokeh, the tones, the grain, the timeless aesthetic... everything just pops out! I would even say it surpasses my Nikon Z5 if done right!

The rule is contribute enough to get your employer match AND max out a Roth IRA. If your advisor told you only contribute the match amount fire him.

It’s a misnomer to suggest that a 50mm is “what you see” as shared in the video. A 50mm is called a Normal Lens for the 36x24mm format because is the Chord or the Diagonal length of this format is 47mm n 50mm is the closest. If one is trying to relate the equivalent angle of view humans can normally see, then that would be closer to ( approximately ) 21mm. Hope you do not mind my sharing this

Make sure to do your own research too, financial advisors have goals they must reach and products they must sell so their advice is not automatically the best option for your needs.

Good video- first time you came up in my algorithm. 1. For your photography business, you could open either a SEP-IRA or solo 401k. 2. If you wanted, you could roll over a previous 401k with a former employer to an IRA. 3. Great points on credit cards- it requires discipline but if you use them correctly they can give you needed or extra benefits. 4. Good point on standard of living- having a budget and knowing what lifestyle they want is obviously crucial for a successful retirement.

Suggesting that it's even... remotely ok... to be saving 3% for retirement... Terrible advice. Even with a 3% match, you'll likely not have enough for retirement. Saving 10-15% for the future is now considered the norm for "minimum contributions needed". If you want to retire early, and don't have a pension coming your way, you'll likely need to save even more than that.

I heard you mention focus issues using godox. What model were you using? It seems you may have been using a non Nikon version of a godox flash. I have both systems and prefer the godox environment entirely. All of my godox speedlights and strobes raise the lcd exposure for when in use in darker environments. Make sure you have an “N” version of the on camera speedlights. The godox is no less compatible with your Nikon DSLR or mirrorless cameras than the sb-700. my godox v1 has more features like TCM than my sb-700. Sb-700 is overpriced and limited if you want to add speedlights to your setup or larger strobes. Every godox plays well with every other godox speedlights or larger strobe. So much more to that system than Nikon could offer when they were still making these flashes. You want to make a good investment go with flashpoint/godox, wescott or prophoto of your pockets run really deep.

Watching a month ago: a sandwich (for work) when I bought gas (2x week) totaled up to enough $$ to buy the sale items at kwik trip station that made a lot of simple meals for this month. An onion, bag of potatoes, 8oz sliced cheese, loaf bread & # free bananas (coupon). The peanut butter & jam sandwiches for work tastes better knowing that. 😊 fact.

So if is just one thing that I learn in over 20 years of photography, is that you NEVER put a cheap glass in front of your lens. So remove that UV filter and throw it. I had one on my Tamron zoom lens back in the days and I thought the lens lack sharpness, but after I remove the filter, ta da, perfect sharpness.

I have cut my grocery store bill in half. However, when I see something on sale that wasn’t in the sales add- often times it might an item they are trying to sell out of- in order to restock something else - as li g as it is something i typically use or want to use in a recipe/meal - I will buy it - because it’s a great price and will save me money the next time I need that item. We are also very good at ensuring g we eat everything we buy as to not waste any food at all. And, definitely shop the sale “leaders” and freeze meat that you buy at great prices so another week when you need to grocery shop- you will not have to buy, say chicken, for example, when it is not on sale or not as good of a sale.

Same here! I grow a lot of my vegetables or buy on sale in season, cut them immediately after the harvest or buy and freeze them, so that I can cook a healthy meal within a few minutes. I try to eat the same breakfast over and over again to not leave the house hungry.
