Thank you for posting. Great interview. The more I peek into Bruce's personality, the deeper I fall in love with him. He surprised me with his movie choice in a good way, especially English Patient and Charlie Chaplin. I didn't expect that from younger generations such as him. He has a sophisticated taste in art, music, and literature. I have never seen a young man like him. His deeper understanding and appreciation of art and history might've contributed to his delicate but dynamic performance. He's a gem.

Are these two angels sent by God? Eva and Alexander play the beautiful melody of RACH 2 together. Is there anything more amazing and beautiful than this? They have grown from teenagers to young adults, from little piano kids to dazzling new star pianists in the world. They are miracles created by God. BTW, did you see the gentlemanly demeanor Alexander displayed? This boy must be a caring person who knows how to take care of others. How happy they are!🎼🎹🌹

It's 2024 and I'm just seeing this??? This is such a thoughtful performance and Kate Liu revealed to me the dream and tragedy of this piece in such a sobering way. The fast parts are still virtuosic but at its core is incredible musicality. I am deeply moved by how she shaped this music. Bravo Kate Liu!

A lukewarm applause for an splendid Ballade, and a splendid artist who has really interiorized Chopin's music, so much so that she seems to have forgotten the concert hall altogether. As it should be. Unfortunately today's audiences are much more enthusiastic about the histrionics of circus monkeys like Lang Lang.

Something sublime and profound is being externalized. Not rushed. Every note and phrase counts but is stitched together to create a peace that lingers. I must revisit and learn more and be refreshed again and again.
