This type of training is a very good idea. In Denmark most courses focus on curve riding at higher speeds. I have ridden motorcycles since 1978 and have never needed high speeds in curves. I would certainly join a course like this.
@DazmatronMotorcycleTrips4 сағат бұрын
@@fuglbird hi fuglbird, I certainly found it beneficial. That'd be interesting incorporating curve riding as well at higher speed, I seen a German chap the other day explaining the principle of the correct line around bends taking into account larger vehicles coming the other way & encroaching into our lane! Of course line of sight plays a big factor as to how you take the bend. Thanks for commenting 👍

Just watched the video what a great turn out and some from so far away they are true supporters of the model which I’m not so keen on the first one’s just too big and ugly I thought but as I’ve aged they don’t look so bad I prefer mine it’s a 2023 model and it’s the chrome edition and I just love it but you say to heavy I thought the same but if you try one they are surprisingly light when riding and handling is brilliant moving around if you sit on it it’s easy to move around if it’s solid ground and level but thanks for the video take care ride safe

@@skrimpdaddy Hi buddy, there are motorcycle hire places, I searched the net, there is one called roadtrip.uk I havn't used this company myself but they are based 20 min near to the airport & run a collection service. Regards riding on the left, I'd recommend putting something on the handlebar to remind you. It mainly catches you out when you stop somewhere then take off again when there's no traffic around as a visual reminder. Apparently Motoball otherwise known as Motorcycle Polo is a team motorsport similar to association football, with the main differences being that all players (except goalkeepers) are riding motorcycles, and the ball is much bigger.Motorcycle polo first began as an officially organized sport in the mid-1930s. In France, there are organized motoball competitions, and the sport was included in the inaugural Goodwill Games. The Malle Mile MotoPolo I think is just for a bit of fun although they seem to be keen on winning! The marshals push start the bikes in 1st gear & get a rolling start. Yeah it's a fun weekend...
