@@SimonSezRide I'm following the same method for 10 days but i only lost 2kg so far. I'm following a calorie deficit diet and continuously working out for 1 hour. But still just 2 kgs. It's really marking me demotivated 🙁

@nainakaish don't give up yet. Every bodytype is different. Make this a life style. Losing weight should not be ur goal. Make healthy lifestyle as ur goal. Weight will automatically go down. You will start feeling light and good

Bro any advice on gear shifting in traffic market heavy crowd area.. I have to downshift my bullet std in 1st gear everytime it struggle in 2nd.

Read about half clutch. It is not advisable for a longer time. But if you don't want to downshift to 1st all the time and stay in second, it's a better option. But it has impact on the clutch plate. What i usually do is I don't stick very close to the person in front of me. What that does is it gives me time to decide at what speed and gear I need to be in. It gives me time to judge if I have to stop again because I get to read the traffic for that 5 seconds . So wait for 5 seconds after the person in front had started in the traffic

Old models had the de-compressor unit which was helpful to take the piston to the compressor stroke,and kick the bike to start।but this new model does not have a half compressor or de compressor।
