Hey. I am doing good. Hope you are fine too. I would suggest you can drink whatever you want in the non fasting window. But I would prefer to have something home made. Appel cider and isabgol both are processed food. Simple food will be a better option. Like lime juice made at home. I think simple food + intermittent fasting + good amount of workout is sufficient for a healthy weight loss

If does not puts any restriction on what you eat in the eating window. Fruits are very healthy anyway so you can continue having them in your eating window. The best way to not worry about what to eat is just to eat home cooked food. All the best :)

If you exercise with fasting so after loosing weight you will not have to continue fasting Actually fasting or eating less food is just to have less calories but exercise cuts the fat I you will only do fasting then after loosing weight you will regain weight you would have to continue that fasting
