I just ate hoke cooked food. Did not count calories it anything. Just did proper portion control and ate in control

My weight is healthy, my BMI is also normal ,it's 23 , but my height is short so i seem to be very fat.... For a short height person it's a big problem as the fat makes the body wide

In fasting period.. I drink alovera nd wheat grass from patanjali 25 ml with same amount of water in morning.. So is it ok?? Or it also generate insulin

Mam I would recommend u To take Jeera and Star Anise boiled water.... It is the best to break your fast... Star anise u can find in Amazon...

Very informative!!Did you entered into an another 45 days of intermittent fasting after this..? Beacause you mentioned in the last video about eating normal for 2 months and doing intermittent fasting again will get you back to the track...Did you lost weight again!!?

15k step everyday, 9am green coffee 12 baje fruit plate 2 baje 1 jawar roti 3-4 baje masala tak 5-6 baje badam 5-6 and black coffee 7pm jwar roti and sabji then walk Then rat ko 9 baje green coffee

Hey. I am doing good. Hope you are fine too. I would suggest you can drink whatever you want in the non fasting window. But I would prefer to have something home made. Appel cider and isabgol both are processed food. Simple food will be a better option. Like lime juice made at home. I think simple food + intermittent fasting + good amount of workout is sufficient for a healthy weight loss

@simmonSezride i do 18:6 and deficit of 1250 cal per why i am not lossing weight eating 50g protein and 120 max carbs i.e complex no sugar no oily i only loose 700 to 800 gm per week but my maintainence calories are 2350

Your maintainence calorie is needed for your daily life,,,if you are not doing anything just laying down on your bed still you need this calories ,,, beacuse your body need it,,,,,,if you Don't eat it ypur metabolism rate will slow down, there are many others video on you tube watch it

I am going on IF from tomorrow. Was going through KZbin for some information on IF. Found your video very helpful. I generally eat only (4 different type) fruits in breakfast. Can I continue eating that for breakfast in IF during my eating window? Asking because it has natural sugar. Please suggest.

If does not puts any restriction on what you eat in the eating window. Fruits are very healthy anyway so you can continue having them in your eating window. The best way to not worry about what to eat is just to eat home cooked food. All the best :)

@@kunwar5368 very effective...i lost 5 kg in that 1 month. I was on fruits, nuts and ghar ka khana with 1 hr of walking daily. Go for it agar aap soch rahe ho IF ke liye.

From day 1 itself you started doing 18hrs fasting or you was gradually preparing fasting earlier for 18hrs fasting window as other people say to slowly start fasting window

Sir... mai dopeher ke 1 baje 2 roti ke sath ek bowl dahi aur ek bowl koi b sabzi jo bani ho woh khati hu. 3:30 to 4 ke beech mei vegetable salad aur 6 to 7 ke beech pohe ya oats khati hu.. aur exercise b... so yeh work karega na ???

@@AkashKumar-hf8rp daily morning jog Nd a strict IF with healthy eating in that 8hrs eating period No suger / sweets No soft drinks only drinking water not even green tea Agr chaska lage to sugerless tea/coffee no masaledaar oily khana or fried I went frm 92 to 75kg i took break of 2months since ganesh chaturthi to diwali nd only gained 2kgs even aft eating anything junk food sweets nd all so im on 77kgs right now Gonna start again till 68kgs

If you exercise with fasting so after loosing weight you will not have to continue fasting Actually fasting or eating less food is just to have less calories but exercise cuts the fat I you will only do fasting then after loosing weight you will regain weight you would have to continue that fasting
