The editing on your videos is just phenomenal. Every shot, every voice over, the music during the nature scenes...just perfection.

For the 1st Tolkien quote, my guess is it's talking about death. 2nd, sounds like snow or water. 3rd sounds like the wind. And 4th sounds like lava. Never read the books but I want to now.

Congrats for getting back to it as soon as you could. You mentioned a knee replacement may be in your future. I have had two total knee replacements going on ten years and I have been very active (hiking, bicycling, eliptical) and my xrays last year showed almost no wear on the implants. My doc said I am by far the most active patient he has seen and he thinks they may last the rest of my life. My knees are much more stable since the replacements. So knee replacements should not hinder you in any way. FYI, mine are Conformis

Can you recommend a rod and tackle box for beginners? Love your movies
@LostLakesКүн бұрын
Thank you! My go to value combo is a Pflueger President (linked in my Amazon storefront in the video description) and Ugly Stik Elite 7ft 1pc with 30lb braid and a 20lb fluoro leader. As for a tackle box, I recommend just buying one good sized tackle tray (and if you need to transport it just slip it in a backpack). There are waterproof ones too. Tackle boxes encourage bringing way more than is needed, as I used to do :)

This video is breathtakingly beautiful. I have watched hundreds of canoe trip videos and only commented once and that was on a Lost Lakes video. Thank you for letting us share in your honeymoon and providing us with your amazing cinematography. Your choice of music accompanied by the intimate images of the caribou and your heartfelt awe of what you were witnessing brought me to tears. Thank you so much. Please continue to bless us with your content.
