Hey yes! In retrospect I think I edited the part by mistake where I explained that the "Share Assets" folder is just 1 folder that has an alias or link within each project file. So it's not duplicating that folder and taking up more space, it's just 1 instance of that folder that lives in the same root folder as all my project folders, that happens to appears as a "folder link" within each project. I hope I explained that okay, hah And yeah I'm thinking about making a video on editing, how I do it. You think people might find that valuable? (ChatGPT's description since I was having a hard time describing it haha) For the Shared Assets folder, it's not actually being duplicated in each project, it's essentially a 'folder alias' which is a shortcut or pointer that directs you to the original folder it represents. It allows you to access or open the original folder from a different location without duplicating the folder's contents. When you double-click a folder alias, it opens the original folder, displaying its current contents.

@@Ty_Myers I would definitely find it valuable, especially if it's with CapCut. I'll have to Google how to make an alias link to a folder! I love your organization system. I'm an organizational junkie. Office Depot, Staples, etc. are my jam! LOL

@@TedMattos yes sir it's in CapCut :D For the Alias Link, just right click on the folder you want to link back to and pick "Make Alias". You'll see another file folder pop up which you can then use elsewhere, and it will link back to the original folder (without any duplication of files)

My niche is researching & exposing covert Christian nationalist (not true Christians) organizations and showcasing the harm & chaos they create. I need to remain anonymous on the channel for safety reasons so I’m incorporating AI, but I’m happy to talk shop offline. Full disclosure, I have more questions than answers at this point. I desperately need a reasonably priced source for B-roll & practical tools like that.
