I have only one comment to make: why can't it be both ? I mean we can have same thing like hierarchal reservation, first extreme sc, then sc, then extreme deprived OBC and than OBC. And while what you are saying is correct the barrier to the issue is the documentation of proving yourself extreme OBCs when it shd be other way around. I.e, you can fill whatever you are but then govt shd take steps to correctly identify the categorization, and remove burden from people to go through this harrowing process. But then the issue that germinates from this is that it would invite rent seeking for certification by local bureaucracy. But what you are suggesting is good on paper , but it will make caste dynamics afroze. In the state they are in and be captured by elites groups and people of a sub classification. The representation point is foundation of caste based reservation of modern times. But representation is not only for optics but to create sensetization of issues within a administration. If the person who occupied this position have no lived experience regarding the same, then in the long run it will entrench new hierarchies, that is the point of caste census and periodic revision of communities and taking account of new bais software relative deprevation like class, these are not and cannot be the only factors . But the sadly the way our society and government function, it is extremely limited by these parameters. Just calling others as moron shows that you either unwilling to acknowledge new realites or belive that caste consciousness shd be the foundation of Indian politucs(nothing wrong in that) , but ignoring the point of all these claims in politics is to deliver empowerment to those left behind, the current EWS doesn't do that neither does current SC/ST quota. And while you are Correct in identifying NFS issue, the solution is not this or that but a combination of such strategies to deliver justicemore meningfully.

For the very first time I came to know a place where people are talking very intellectually about all these topics especially when they belongs to our community. Nothing want to add is please also make videos in Hindi because most of the people belong to our community does not understand English that well and whatever you talking about is very necessary to reach up to the Grass root level

I think we need to make obc and other sc st and nt people who dont recognize Ambedkarite movement feel caste descrimination by asking them to talk about actrocities by higher caste people on their subordinate castes and asking them to say they are better than higher caste people with the metric of merit system and ask them to wish for privileges that higher caste people gets in indian caste system.

Majority obcs are the biggest andhbhakt and hater of affirmative actions but still in college, i did find a few obcs who were open about their views and crux of brahminical society. I have one yadav friend from Uttar pradesh and one from haryana. Uttar pradesh one is aware about caste based discrimination in the campus but haryana one is truly delulu.

This caste problem lies across generations, ages and classes. The major Victims of it are from SCs and STs. Anthropologically it has so many angles and trenches to fill up, which might take a lot of generations for it in exchange for a lot of lives spent on this but still it will not be resolved ever. To every SC and ST guy I would say, this society godforsaken and rotten to its core, and we cant fight it even Through the state, which will make even the state futile, and so will the country itself. There is nothing to save here. It will fall one day. Leave this country for western nations and use our talent whatever we have for those countries, and try to convince them to accept us. The west accepting us is more possible than our own Fellow Indians. For our own Fellow Indians and Hindus we are nothing less than vermins and gutter insects let's be very real. Next generation is going to explore life more holistically in terms of education, schooling, dating, occupation, and every one in India will enjoy it, accept for SCs and STs. Let's be real and accept it, I don't want my child to be born and be raised here in this backward society. I am leaving India next month anyway, good riddance

Dish, I would like to know about the discrimination on language basis , like discrimination between English medium students and vernacular medium students. When I was in engineering collage most of the professors were Brahmin community, and English speaking background, during viva most of the vernacular particular students come Marathi medium at highschool level who were studying engineering either get low marks or failed while in written exams they scored very good marks. In opposite, the English medium highschool level students get very good marks in viva and in written exams either they get low marks or failed. Is this not a discrimination? Please reply.
