The long game. We're not going to be able to do this long game very well if we're sprinting everywhere! Break down those 5 years into those days and improve 1% each day and by 1 year we are a changed person. Great job with the show, and your guest on this one is a good friend, www.youtube.com/@duffinmedia!

We were talking once in a group, complaining about something very bad done by another member. My friend spoke up and said, "We need to try harder with him."

Beyond Order is such a good book, just like 12 Rules for Life (antidote to chaos).. looking forward to your videos about the book. I’m also looking to JP’s next book coming out November.

You do not want employees you want customers. You do what you’re doing and selling what you create. Any work or actions taken are by you for your benefit. The onus is on the customer to implement the knowledge you share. You get paid no upfront. Value proposition is all subjective. Accountability for the value is placed or shifted to the customer and your sipping the margaritas with upfront money. God bless the USA.

Janine always gives such great advice and How-tos but to do an interview with a top notch guest with a table and lamp between you ?! Blocking . Pull chairs forward - or sit facing each other on opposite chairs - you’re interview style says volumes- make it impressive !
