I just purchased a small whale fin with another small fin in same container.. it’s I think a 3 inch pot.. should I wait to repot them? I think the pot is to small.. also does the ginger continue to grow in size?

I placed an order on Aug 30 and it hasn’t arrived yet 🫤

Hi, so its been 4 yrs since you put this video out. I'm curious about how the propagated pup made out and what it looks like mature. I was gifted a pup yesterday and was surprised to see that there are actually 3 leaves. I've only ever seen Whale fin as a single leaf. Do you have an updated photo? Thanks

I got this plant randomly yesterday from a local grocery store. It stared me down and I was in SHOCK when I felt how hard it was lol I've been wanting this plant for years and it found me <3 I was probably the most excited person in the grocery store that day. Mine came with a baby , too ^-^ I am actually so scared to separate the baby from the main plant. I'm worried I'm going to stress it and kill it. How is your plant doing 4 years later? Is there any chance I could screw it up or is it pretty mistake proof?

I wish I had seen this 2 months ago! Im new to growing plants, I couldnt keep them alive when I was younger and had children at home but now that my nest is empty, I gave been learning and doing much better with them. But I discovered I had spider mites on a couple of my corn plants so that made me paranoid! When I checked the rest of my plants, I did in fact think the brown spots on my succulents were scale but I couldnt understand why they wouldnt come off! I feel much better now and I will stop isolating them and trying to treat the spots! I watch videos about plants and especially succulents every day, always trying to learn about them and how to keep them healthy but this is literally the only video I have ever seen that addressed this issue! So thank you! 😊

Thank you! I finally nabbed one of these bad boys this summer and loveeeee it! It has a new pup that is growing so insanely fast, which has been quite satisfying to watch. I wasn’t sure if I should separate it because it’s growing up into the original leaf but I think it needs more time to grow and establish more roots. I’m going to let it do its thing for a while.

My jade plants have these brown bumps that almost look like the leafs were stiched together with them. Some areas extend into larger areas too. I see none on the trunks but still, I would like to show you pics to see if it is indeed scale. Do you have an email?

I just learned this all this hard way, and mine was way too far gone and dry before catching it. So I had to cut it down to nothing. Isn’t Ivy like mints where you can cut it completely down and they’ll come back? I sure hope so, I just bought it end of summer. 😭 this is what happens when you have a hoarder husband that piles up your sunroom so you can’t check or water any of your plants. 😢

Do they die it i release them on bonide dead bug treated plants? Also I live in apartment so taking my plants outside isn't an optio
