Not only did Shane replace the plant, but we've provided a full refund given the experience Shane's emails caused. Shane wrote all the emails and we are always ready to make things right with our customers. Mistakes happen, but it's how we deal with them that's most important.

I am glad you documented your concerns on a timely fashion. Sorry about the reply, but some people do not have the correct social skills to deal work in customer service. I am glad Shane solved the problem. I knew that part of the Silver Satin was an Exotica. You are lucky, since I have never seen one in person. I bought 4 plants from Hirts Garden. I have seen many unboxing online and their packing is not the best. 2 were Heart Leaf Philodendrons. They were $1.99. They are so big and full plants. Love them. 2 were Silver Satin Pothos. 1 is full and the other one had cuttings that were not rooted and died. The other cuttings are doing well. I do not like to order online, but sometimes you have to. Enjoy your new plant friends. 😎

I was just trying to be proactive but things quickly kept getting worse! Both are beautiful plants but it was just a frustrating experience! Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot of options around me so I end up ordering a lot online. 😬 some orders have ended up better than others! 😉

It was extremely nerve raking! The order from Indonesia assured me that they would replace the plants if they were cold damaged so thats why I went ahead with that order and I'd seen a lot of videos abour Gabriella's plants being delivered in cold weather with no issues so I gave it a try! Normally I'm not that brave! Lol

Thank you Julie! That's kind of how I felt. I watch unboxings before ordering from new places and I'd hope others were honest about their orders. We understand that things happen so being honest about less than perfect orders shouldn't be considered bashing a company and just considered as honesty about things that may need improvement.

The same exact mixup happened to @beantownplants! I'm thinking whoever was planting them made a booboo! And they dont know the difference between the two, lol. And I definitely would be sending your video to Shane himself. Because theres no excuse as to why there's two plants mixed up in one container and one not even being rooted.

Yes!! We actually had placed our orders at the same time so this obviously wasn't an isolated incident. I'm glad that we both got resolutions to our issues but it was unnecessarily frustrating to get those resolutions
