Ferris, thank you for this session.. Very helpful at this time for me.

OMG! I was so skeptical but after a day of seeing my cat struggling, I tried this. First, it helped me calm down (which might have conveyed to my cat) and then when i did this, my cat came to me and purred. SO grateful! To all those saying negative things or berating the creator - Wouldn't you try do anything if it helps? And also, even if it is the sound etc., and not EFT, it still is helping so do give it a try, it might just be the thing (if not for your cat then maybe for you as animals pick up on your emotions.)

thank you, as ever, GT, I'm glad the viewpoint is helpful. Each step, however small, is movement forwards. For me the question is a soft way to get closer to gratitude in moments where it isn't feeling easy.

@FerrisJay3 ай бұрын
@@lusciouslatasha hi Latasha, that's a great question. Every situation is different and unique, but here's a few general suggestions. Doing the tapping for 5 minutes at a time several times a day will make a difference. You can also do a quick round of tapping if you're upset about their symptoms or their symptoms are having a flare up. If you're tapping for your reactions - tap until the intensity is low to 0. If you're tapping for their symptoms, usually 5 minutes at a time will have an effect (animals respond to energy work very fast). You would tap regularly, 1 - 3 times a day, for the duration of their illness. Does that answer your question?

@kala99074 ай бұрын
Thanks for the video. Have you seen women, reduce their symptoms drastically or reverse their symptoms completely ?
@FerrisJay4 ай бұрын
Hi Kala, that's a great question. I have seen women overcome major issues with stress and hormone imbalances from doing EFT tapping and also from doing Qi Gong (I'm also a Qi Gong trainer). I think perimenopause and menopause requires a bespoke approach and sometimes that includes working with several modalities. One major factor is stress. When we're stressed it puts more pressure on our adrenal glands, which in perimenopause are taking on more of a role in also producing sex hormones. So if we have life stress at that time, it's vital to address it, to give the adrenals a chance to focus on producing sex hormones. From what I've seen, woman who are under a lot of stress at this time or don't have a lot of stability in their lives e.g. in their work or relationships, may have more intense symptoms and require a multi faceted approach. When working with women, to help them overcome their stress and anxiety, I have found eft tapping to be incredibly effective. It can also be as effective for the physical symptoms of peri menopause and menopause - which makes sense as both mind and body are inter-connected. For a dramatic change it's important to work on physical, mental and emotional symptoms and to work with the root causes of them. Often, the issues we haven't dealth with come up larger than life during perimenopause, ready to be cleared for once and for all. Working superficially, on surface symptoms will help, but for deeper impact, it's best to deal with the core issues and support yourself on alll levels. Then perimenopause can be a journey of entering a wonderfull new phase of life and empoewerment. Does that make sense?

Hi Denise, it can bring up strong emotions as we often bury grief inside. Go gently with it and let the exercise nourish you. Please do the tapping on the emotions that come up ( they’re ready to release ). You’re great at tapping and can use your own words to match what you’re feeling. My 10yr old cat has a hard lump on her lymph gland which has mestastasized. Would this method work on her?
@FerrisJay5 ай бұрын
In her case I wouldn’t send energy directly to the lump. Surround her in a bubble of love and send love through the heart connection to go where it’s needed. You can do the eft tapping videos as an addition. I’ll leave a link below ( and have a playlist )

Thank you for this - I've been practicing this lately and it does work to stop and remember we DO have a choice despite thinking it was a decades long habit to 'be' stressed over external landscapes/experiences/situations, etc.

Hi Ave, thank you for your lovely comment. I’m so glad you’ve been practicing this and remembering that you do have choice and can always choose in ways that nurture and support your wellbeing and happiness. It can take time for new habits to develop, so be consistent and soon the new ways of thinking will come easier and become your ‘go to’. My video on letting go of worry with the ‘what if’ game is a nice companion exercise - to turn around thoughts relating to future external situations. Of course, I am happy to share more :) The way you used one phrase and the repetition really helped the tapping sink in... Sometimes on tapping videos, they are too fast and use so many phrases and my brain does not work at that fast pace so I end up not feeling the effect because I feel too rushed... The way you set it up to focus on the symptoms before - rather than giving us the option to choose from loads of symptoms - and then tapping on one phrase just really worked for me. It was simple not over complicated and there was lots of space for me to feel into it. I had been feeling so low and it just lifted afterwards. I wish I had known about this years ago. Thank you for this gift @@FerrisJay

The other BIG one - my adult daughter said to me when I was grieving my beloved Cheyana's death at 12.5 was & still is, "well, she lived a good long life" - no acknowledgement of "I'm sorry you're hurting mom" - my granddaughters have been MUCH more gracious and compassionate. My other daughter never even mentioned the event, or ask how I was doing - nothing. I hope no one has to endure this sort of treatment. Now my 20 year old granddaughter is facing having to euthanize her beloved dog she rescued when she was in 4th grade - I hope her mother has more compassion for her daughter. Much love to you Ferris. I've had 'the talk' with my granddaughter today as I could tell it's been on her mind - and told her about you and how we can find your videos to help us out. This situation is triggering all my grief for Cheyana's loss 2 years ago. BLESSINGS & APPRECIATION for all you give us dear Ferris!
