Im watching this vedio as it is part of Mckinsey accelerate program " Forawrd 2024 " and it was brought is example for " Comunication for Impact " case . very sad what happened !

This is a great but lets be clear where these AI's are getting these bias. The AI's are learning these bias from Humans and Human behavior. So we are replacing Humans ( which have demonstrated they are Biased, with AI's which at least can hopefully be taught to not be Biased.

I’m super outgoing to strangers. It’s safe. Not at work. I’ve been labeled, ostracized, bullied…you name it. People are their worst at work. I’ve had bad anxiety since a child. If people sense that in a “survival” work environment…they pounce. At Church..best foot forward…be a Christian. At work…..compete…fear someone may get your job… need to fit in breeds pack mentality…work brings out animal instincts at their worst. That made me develop “work” social anxiety. Going into my new job soon, I’m scared my work anxiety will ruin it for me.

I know for a fact that if aia give up my career to be a mother and I end up not working at all and just staying home, I will hate my life and resent my children. I need to have both especially - a means of income to contribute at home and do the things I want to do career-wise. Being a SAHM has never been an option for me. I see what it has done to all the women in my life and none of them are better for it. I respect SAHM and advice anyone to do what feels right for them but, giving up my career to be a mother doesn't feel right for me. I will always prioritize my family and will do that as I keep building my career, whatever that may be

Thanks Phil, i think your insight is spot on. This and your paper "Towards a Semantic Information Theory (intoducing quantum corollas) are fabulous. I think he is pointing out that connections/interactions underly the emergence of everything, and further he proposes a framework that would allow us to model a 'thing' and another 'thing' and the relationships between them that can fundamentally show us how this crazy reality we experience is constructed. (And based on just information, it potentially encompasses everything from why we can describe things in terms of physics/maths to other descriptions in terms of experience, feelings, analogies and probably sentience.)
