Wow looks like your indigenous Mexican ancestors mixed with Spaniards many generations back in your family tree. I think the tiny amount of North Africa and Middle East (if it is valid) would be from your Spanish dna due to the history of Spain.

When taking a DNA test you don’t look for where it says your from you look for where your people are at and been for years or do DNA fingerprint

I've had DNA test done. I'm having a hard time believing the results. My maternal Grandmother was Cherokee. She would never talk about it due to the abuse and prejudice she suffered because of it. My test showed that I'm less than 1% Native American. So, unless I'm not my mothers child, there's no way the results can be correct. I guess I need to find another DNA company and see what they say. Take these results with a grain of salt and don't rely on one company's results. With that said, it's a lot of fun watching these video's.

Hello, good results, I also took the DNA test and it came out. 90% Native American North and South America 🌎 10% Asian I was surprised that I wasn't 💯South American😱 that's what my grandparents and parents told me that we were natives of South America, I'm still proud of my origins

Bro, get your parents tested! You are nearly half indigenous Mexican, that's where your Spanish DNA comes from: Spain colonized Mexico. Your North African DNA is likely from your Spanish DNA (can't remember the historical relationship between the two).

He’s half Pueblo indigenous and half Navajo. The Spanish is from when they mixed with the natives, way back

It’s possible that maybe as early as when the Spanish Invaded the americas in the early a 1500s an Iberian and North African sailor or conquistador may have been in your lineage. That many generations ago would probably put it at 1 or 2 % .

• Ancestry DNA tests are autosomal ones that go back about 300 to 500 years (whereas chromosomal Y-DNA & mt-DNA tests go back many thousands of years, but only father-to-father or mother-to-mother, respectively). • You have some Mexican heritage • Many folk from Spain had migrated to Mexico • Prior to this, many folk from North Africa had invaded Spain & settled there • Prior to this many folk from the Middle East had made conquest of North Africa With this in mind your low percentages of Middle East (1%), North Africa (1%), & Spain (2%), followed by a high percentage of Mexico (45%) all make sense. Now there was some contact between the various Indian tribes in (greater) Mexico & those in the remainder of North America as well (from which you get 51%); so, this is excellent. BTW: You might find that the areas shown by Ancestry shrink - or expand - over time as their guesstimations change (as they learn more their guessing changes). While I didn't get Middle East or Spain, I was surprised with 1% North Africa from some unknown folk on my mother's side. Also note that percentages of 5% or less are generally considered trace DNA & could be real or a mistake made in calculation. I've had some ethnic percentages lowered by Ancestry & other ethnicities added into the mix - but they've kept the North Africa steady at 1%. Now MyHeritage has a smaller DNA database than Ancestry, but MyHeritage's DNA database is largely European & therefore MyHeritage has the largest European DNA database. That said, MyHeritage didn't show any North African for me, but they found a trace amount of Greek &/or Southern Italian that Ancestry didn't show. Each company uses what data they have & their own ways of guesstimating ethnic percentages. Now, while ethnic make-up is guesswork, the DNA Matches are solid relationships (though not necessarily direct-line ancestry: there are many cousins). We would likely see that we're all related if we could go back far enough.
