I tried this and it worked, only thing is it only lasted about 3 hours!! And I was out and about, had to put my hair up to finish the day 😔, but I was wondering if I kept doing this would it in time be trained to stay ? But it could be just my hair???? I'll keep doing though, and thank you so much for sharing ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have this part too. I thought I was going bald but am not. No current videos on this problem. Glad I found the rare few on you tube addressing this.

It’s amazing how tied up our confidence is in our “crowning glory.” I’m certain mine happened after Covid but now I wonder how long I’ve been “confidently” walking around thinking I looked good and everyone else was looking at the river that ran through it. Yikes. I end up putting it up when I don’t want to think about it but all that spraying dries it out as well and hampers growth. Saw Palmetto, in combo with vitamins and collagen seem to help slightly. I never thought I’d be obsessed over something. I’m 71. Sometimes I think I should go short but I’m not sure that would help.

I noticed mine after having Covid vaccine. I was dressed up for a Christmas party and did one last back of my head check and there it was-a full on river. I totally panicked and threw it up in a twist. I’ve been self-conscious ever since. I’ve done PRP, the helmet, essential oils, hair vitamins-tried everything. I have regrowth but mostly everywhere else. I’ll take it. This was very helpful. I’ve back combed and sprayed but it doesn’t hold long. I’ll try this.

I was diagnosed with Pcos due to high testosterone. I actually not overweight. I’m 4”11 height and weight 112. The only problem is hair loss on my head and excessive hair on the rest of the body specifically face and chin 😭 brain fog and depression, always sleepy. Let’s not even talk about my tubular boobs 😭

If you do these steps, it will help control hair fall, similar to it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by washing it regularly. Use a soft shampoo. Make sure to get adequate sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times per week with liitleextraa cocooniion shampoo. Apply the oil to your scalp 2-3 times a week. After washing your hair, softly pat it dry with some soft towel.

After trying the cooconiooon hair shampoo, my hair is smooth and it has a reduction in hair fall. The only con I observed is its lesser foaming, though it may be due to the use of natural ingredients used in it.

Everyone's skin is different. Just because your body/face grows something doesn't mean it's "meant to be there for a reason"... There's a reason things like razors are invented... Anyway, I have threaded my face for 20+ years as I have dark hair and more facial hair than I'd like. Never had skin issues from threading.

Helpful tips - Eat 1 teaspoon of Aloe Vera every day. Eat 3-4 almonds every day. Do a bit of physical activity. Apply liiitlleextra coocoonnion shampoo with hair oil atleast once a week. Wash hair with cold or lukewarm water.

If your vitamin D blood levels were really low, you will need to take a high daily dose of vitamin D3, plus magnesium, plus K2 until your level is healthy. Then you can take 2,000IU as a maintenance dose. Low vitamin D levels are also associated with infertility and miscarriage, as well as autoimmune conditions.
@NLR7595 ай бұрын
If you were severely deficient, you could have taken 10,000iu to catch up on the deficiency until you reach a healthy level. Then go down to 2,000IU. In the winter you could take 4,000IU.

"your doctor know more than google does"...well im not so sure about that, mine gave me d2 50.000ui every two months, when its known world wide than d3 is better, and that amount is really low to correct a deficency so no, your doctor does not knows everything, he didnt have a clue about k2 and magnesium either when i ask about that, in some cases you have to be your own hero.

I had a vitamin D3 level of 12. Just a fortnight back I got it tested. B12 was 287. Have a bad left shoulder pain. Cramps and twitching and pain all over the body. Breathing trouble. Very bad panic attacks for the first time in my life. Vertigo, left hand and leg weak as if I had had a stroke. I'm 57. I felt like crying everyday. Now I'm taking 10000iu a day of chewable D3. Magnesium glycinate, k2 and plant based vitamin B12. Still too early to get well. I'm praying for a recovery from this pain. It's horrible guys. Trust me.
@JCX-98 ай бұрын
You developed Magnesium deficiency from the symptoms you mentioned that takes time to fix. D3 depletes Magnesium so it has to be supplemented. Take zinc, k2 and Boron. They are the D3 cofactors along with the Magnesium.

7:24 normally when I seek help I watch only videos involved with doctors this time I thought "hmmm let's change that perspective and get help from someone who experienced it all" and boy was I wrong!! 1. You shouldn't make videos when you don't have basic science of human body and don't know what Triglyceride is 2. Metformin should be taken in the middle of the meal you're having not with an empty stomach not after a meal
