Hello! The server is English speaking only. It would be up to your personal confidence, but as long as you feel like you're able to communicate with others, I don't think there should be a problem.

Can I be part of LAPD and SWAT in this community? Because I’ve been looking for this type of roleplay community for so long.

You can be a part of the LAPD in this community, no problem! As for SWAT, we have a similar "ERT" unit for PD which you can join once you reach an appropriate PD rank. Just be sure to stick around and learn what the server has to offer. In my experience, this server is much easier to learn, compared to a lot of others.
