I started cycling last year and I weigh 123 lbs I can produce a good amount of power to sprint against the good sprinters in my local races as a category 3 racer and I even won a lot of races on a field sprint so should I take a creatine? Please lemme know

Exercise #4 is great for your Multifidus Muscle. I have added this for stability for running trails. I bet this will help cyclists!

I incorporated strength training into my cycling but I did it a different way. Basically increase CTL 3 points per week, increase KJ/week 3% per week, and hit the gym every day. I've seen good results. I'm monitoring overtraining.

I have some experience with creatin. Start training and taking creatin 2 months after I started went on holiday for 10 day and stopped taking creatin I dropped 3kg while I was eating like a pig on vacation :D But I am 90kg. Smaller guy may be will drop 2 or 1 kg.

Great video! But.. how do you track your calories going out by cycling? Strava and Zwift are giving me incredibly high number compared to my smartwatch.

So the guy at the store said instead of taking it during the loading phase just take the normal amount and allow it to take effect over a month. Any thoughts on this?

For sodium I carry a small miniature packet of Himalayan Salt. I'll have enough for a whole day if need be. Very cheap alternative. Any drawbacks in this setup?

Glad to see your recovery is going well! Can't imagine what you've been through.. wow! Nice frame paint on your Tarmac. AirTrix has some history and still doing good work! I met him during my time on Team Zero Gravity in '97.. he was painting my teammate's helmets for Eric and Ben. I was on Mike Taylor Designs helmets then. Glad you are on the mend and looking good!

I was strength training for like 6 years and now started gravel cycling as well. I can feel a lot of benefis from having strong body on my bike especially during riding uphill and strong legs allow me to sprint fast but the factor that is limiting me right now is connected with cardiovascular health because i was not doing cardio at all in the past. Now after incorporating cardio (bike) like 2-3 months ago i feel like im less tired in general and that im able to regenerate faster between sets in the gym.

DEXA is good but it’s not infallible. Check out Greg Doucette who has done a ton of stuff on this scan.

I've noticed about 3kg of weight gain every time I take it. Creatine makes me stronger in the gym and slower on the bike. Maybe its a good base phase supplement?

Ridiculous question. If there is water retention, would it be a worthwhile supplement before a hot event? If you hold even 5 pounds of water from it, that's a substantial amount of fluid to get you through something when you're sweating heavily.
