We had a few issues in the beginning with the filter falling off after a few thousand miles but they sent a new adapter and after that it has yet to fall back off. We put the adapter on after around 20k miles and now are at 65kish

Is it normal for uneven vibrations to occur in idle during a cold start? I've noticed that my N has these subtle, random shakes whenever I cold-start.

Yeah I’ve found the same thing to happen for us in the VN and EN both on cold starts.

Just ordered a set my passenger side took a rock to the face and got chipped looks like shit but I have a carbon hood on the way figured let me match up the mirrors to the hood mines black super excited to see how they look when installed might PPF them SharkRacing charged me $199

I'd like springs to be made!!! I feel like 1 inch would be too low of a drop. Maybe half an inch, or maybe even 0.6". I'd love performance springs that won't drop too low and stiffen the ride for the track, but soften it during normal mode. I looked at swift spec R for their springs, and I'd love to have them only half an inch. Storm suspension has a good height, but it's for comfort, not performance.

I used to use Castrol on everything. I watched a video from several channels and one thing that is consistent is mobile so either way I recommend one oil or the other. Mobile is a better cold weather oil especially during start up

Don’t buy… I bought short teardrop version same as this and the thread stripped on the knob.. so gotta use locktite to keep it straight.. happened after a month.. billetworkz keep blaming installation and told me to use locktite.. when I used it now they say they can’t replace .. don’t buy!! Save your money and buy another brand

Hey I added a SXTH Intake, and I’m blown away, but when I let off the gas at peak boost it flutters is that an issue? And if so how can I fix it! ALSO WHERE DID YOU GET THIS WING!

Are you running any aftermarket bov? Only reason I ask if it isn’t opening up properly you could be getting some flutter out the intake. I get flutter st very low rpm nothing high or at wot.

No tune needed. The only issue we had was the air filter was popping off due to the design of the first couple batches. Sxth fixed the issue and sent out a new adapter piece for anybody having the issue.

@@KDMStation I just ordered mine today, so if my filter pops out I can just tell them and they’ll replace a part for me? I was worried it would mess with reliability issues because I don’t want my warranty to be voided, I just got the 2024 EN a month ago, looking for wheels, a rear wing, and a intake but the intake has to keep reliability

The new intakes the have the issue fixed so you should be golden. Just make sure when installing the filter to the box to make sure it’s sitting flush to the box. There will be a small cutout on the top where you can fit your extension and socket to for ease of access. We haven’t had any issues since we first got it. Going on close to 67k miles 😬

It’s not a bother at all! These are dry style intakes so to my understanding there isn’t any maintenance rather just a replace. If they were wet styled we would be able to essentially clean them out with water, allow to air dry, respray with oil and then reinstall. We have been running this intake for close to 60k miles. You could always replace the filter itself with a k&n filter if need be.

So everything knows(i weighed everything) OEM caliper is 15.22 lbs. And OEM rotor is 26.9 LBS. Meaning even though this kit is LARGER and with more pistons...its actually lighter than OEM!

Just so you know, the shroud is designed to increase air pressure/velocity through that area many times better than having no shroud. I would not get rid of it if you can help it.

That was a crazy amount of anti-seize on the plug threads. That acts as a lubricant and throws-off your torque specs. If anything just a very small amount at the bottom of the threads not the top. Probably not needed. Just my humble opinion. I would use a small torque wrench to apply the factory torque as I just don't like to guess. The other grease you referenced is dielectric grease on the scr (plug) boot. Again, optional but a good idea to seal it from moisture.
