This is awesome, was literally training up to use the big bag! Is there a way to do a video to show our reps of this as unfortunately I will be at Disney World during this date! I would love to do it in person but t he other half would not be pleased if I vanished mid holiday to spin the bag! Will this event travel overseas? I am in the UK fyi! Thank you for your comment! No, there isn’t a way to enter the competition virtually, however, yes, we do have some scheduled championship overseas. They include the original discipline(muscular endurance). kzbin.info/www/bejne/anWnZJeHocmNapofeature=shared •June 22nd in Pomorie Bulgaria suples.com/course/116 •in the fall, we will have a championship in Poland, Mexico, and possibly Hungary Last year we did have a competitors from the UK! Ritchie Januazek who competed in the Suples Extreme Category!

The Suples HIRTS Fighter System and Suples Spartan Bar are both excellent strength development tools that every fighter should have, even if they don't wrestle. I have both, and I strongly believe that every home gym should have them.

so, this is very cool. but we need weight categories in addition to gender categories. for instance, take two fit men, a 175lb man vs a 230lb man: who do you think will be able to handle the 84lb bag more easily and thus get more spins out of it? yes, of course the 230lb man. still, i like the idea.

This VIB Challenge will be a test of technique, grip strength, and conditioning. We have seen lighter athletes beat heavier athletes because their technique was superior. I bought one. It is excellent. It offers a different kind of strength training, which is very effective in building up your upper body and core muscles. It even works your lower body muscles to a degree. I wish I had bought mine years ago.

If this is a High School then these guys got it made. God I wished we had these drills, toys, & work out equipment when I briefly wrestled in High School. What fine athletes, & a motivation for many young Americans be it very young in High School, or in college & or in the Military with this excellent kind of training. More American youth need to be in shape like these athletes are.

I am excited but nervous. I practiced it with the 26 lb bag and 13 lb ball on Saturday and was still coughing on Sunday morning... this is a full out cardio event!
