I think islamic mental health is a very important topic for Muslims (and anyone interested) to learn about and understand as there is a lot of times stigma in the communities about mental health, its issues, etc... this was very helpful to watch for myself personally Alhamdulillah. Jazakum Allah kheir!

Absolutely agree, we often think that these figures don’t include us and that our communities can’t be affected by these issues. However we are part of the greater society and what struggles are being highlighted will have an affect on all people within that society to varying degrees.

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatthullahi wa barakathu shaykha Fatima and shaykha Dr. Rania, may Allah reward you both and all those behind the episode abundantly. Ameen. Mental health is so important and we definitely need a lot more awareness of it in our communities so I'm very thankful that you both had this discussion on the podcast alhumdhulillah. I find the messages from shaykha Dr. Rania very relevant to my own life and current chapter, especially when shaykha Rania spoke about pausing/the valve on a pressure cooker! 😅 I also found the section on mind, body and soul very helpful as a reminder to take a step back and look at it all. Shaykha Fatima, thank you, jazaakillahu khayra for sharing that you yourself have sought out help at different points, I pray that encourages others to get help also. When it comes to mental health, I really like the analogy of a physical health problem like a broken bone. We wouldn't leave that not tended to, so if we do need help with our mental health, if we are able to access it, why not get help? It's part of taking care of the amaanah (our bodies) given to us. Saying that, it is really hard to take that first step and acknowledge that we need help and a lot of painful stuff might come up and I'm aware of that. Thank you both. May Allah help us and heal those of us who are in need of healing. May He grant us the means to access professional help whenever needed and save our brothers and sisters in Palestine, Sudan and all over the world. Ameen

My husband divorced me multiple times and still had intercourse with me after that telling me that we are not married but kept having intimacy with me and still stayed in the house. I told him to leave the apartment if we are not gonna be 100% married. I feel so broken but alhamdullilah 😞😭

☪Chapter: Regarding 'Azl (Withdrawing Before Ejaculation) Muhaririz said: "I entered the mosque and saw Abu Said al-Khudri. I sat with him and asked about withdrawing the penis (while having intercourse), Abu Said said: We went out with the Apostle of Allah on the expedition to Banu al-Mustaliq, and took some Arab women captive, and we desired the women, for we were suffering from the absence of our wives, and we wanted ransom; so we intended to withdraw the penis (while having intercourse with the slave-women). But we asked ourselves: "Can we draw the penis when the apostle of Allah is among us before asking him about it?" So we asked him about it. He said, "It does not matter if you do not do it, for every soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born."" << Sunan Abi Dawud 2172 >>

Every one has his own way to memorize just start to memorize and don’t think about others who memorize it in 12 months or 30. The important is that you memorize whole Quran inshallah no matter how much it takes. May Allah bless us all to memorize his holy book

*🌟 *🌹 The Path to Jannah for Students: 6 Hadiths to Live By 🌹🌟** ✨ As university students, we have countless opportunities to earn the highest level of Jannah. Here are some beautiful hadiths we can act upon to achieve eternal success, not just in this life but in the hereafter! ✨ *1. Seeking Knowledge* The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever follows a path in the pursuit of knowledge, Allah will make a path to Paradise easy for him." (Sahih Muslim 2699) 📚🌿 Attending lectures, studying, and seeking beneficial knowledge can lead us to Jannah! *2. Lowering the Gaze and Protecting Desires* Allah (Subhanahu wa ta'ala) says in the Qur'an: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts... and tell the believing women to lower their gaze." (Surah An-Nur 24:30-31) 👀 In a mixed university environment, it’s essential to lower your gaze and protect your desires. By doing so, you safeguard your heart from temptation and earn the pleasure of Allah! *3. Fulfilling the Trust of Salah* The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The first matter that the slave will be brought to account for on the Day of Judgment is the prayer." (Sunan Ibn Majah 1425) 🕌 No matter how busy we get, never neglect our Salah! It's our direct connection with Allah. *4. Modesty and Respect Around Non-Mahrams* The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Modesty is part of faith." (Sahih Muslim 33) 💫 Acting modestly in front of non-mahrams, speaking respectfully, and dressing appropriately is a sign of faith. Protect yourself by maintaining boundaries and upholding Islamic values in your interactions. *5. Helping Others and Charity* The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Resurrection." (Sahih Muslim 2699) 💖 Help your classmates, share your knowledge, and ease their burdens - Allah will ease yours! *6. Remembering Allah Often* The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah." (Jami' at-Tirmidhi 3375) 📿 Take time between classes to remember Allah - Dhikr will bring tranquility to your heart! --- *May Allah grant us all Jannat-ul-Firdous and make us among those who succeed both in this life and the hereafter. Ameen. 🌹* Remember me in your duas!
